received a message from a partially recorded automated line saying this was a third attempt to resolve a business matter and they would be contacting my HR department to have me served with court papers on the property after requesting a business and home address in the earlier part of the recording-  I work on Federal Lands and for the Government- I don't owe any payday loans and will not be addressing this matter even though the scammed calls are relentless in the past few months.

I agree with you to the fullest. I just got this call as well and I seen to get them more and more often, I know I do not owe anyone that I have not paid and I also know that I do not have any pay day loans. I have taken the following steps for all who is reading,
1. IF you have ever applied for any loans on line these scamers will get your number and make up companies that you owe, this company who called was part voice and part computer.
2. I have a call blocker on my phone that will block any number that is not on my calling list. If a number is not on my list until I block the number from call and sms, the blocker will allow for a voices message so I can tell whether or not the number is good and I want to answer it, IF it is a scam call much like this one, I can block it from a call and leaving a voice message.
I keep getting told about this is my case number and this is my third and final warning that I will lose all my rights. FACT THAT IS BULL , NO  company or firm can take away any of your legal rights and you cannot forfeit them. In Fact if any person or company takes you to court that is when your rights begin. HELLO, do not fall for this bull. If you think any of it is really true, then call a lawyer and give them the information,

I just got another two calls, I guess they don't give up but I hang up on them when I see the number at work because I have called ID. The funny thing is that I change my home phone number and somehow these idiots got it. I was shocked and called my telephone company and they said they have ways to get it and there is nothing they can do about it. Criminals for sure. I have a phone now that can block up to 43 numbers so if I know it is a scammer calling I block it. A hassle but life.

Remember that owing money is civil matter not a criminal matter and no one is going to take it to jail or has the right to give out personal information to other parties. If they call family members or friends let them know it is a scam and not to give out any info about you. They are criminals that intimidate others that know you to get to you pay money you do not owe.

I received a nasty call so I decided to play right back.. I called, placed my phone next to speakers and blasted music.. did this about 12 times.. they havent called me back..

Why FBI not doing anything about this low life sob they have PH # why not put GPS on them and located call we need this people be out of street.

These people call my number everyday threatening Sandra Thomas, they leave a call back number with court paper numbers. I am sick of this.

I agree with you and not only do they use this number but they also use 2055338851. Same message and reporting them to the FTC seems to not be doing anything. I have used up my blocked numbers because of these jerks!  In addition to everything that you recommended, I also advise keeping an eye on your credit reports. When these numbers show up, I just hang up on them now.
