Debt collector who wouldnt give me an address or a location when i called them back....Also said if they want to serve me papers they can have my local Police department serve me the papers....After that they hung up.

When I answered my phone a recorded message stated my name and SSN had been used and gave me what they called a legal number for my acct. When I called them the woman on the line said something I couldn't understand and asked me to hold. Then they hung up... No idea who these people are and what they want.

Wouldn't give me any information when I called back. Told me to hold on. I couldn't understand them or the computer.  Wouldn't disclose the location

This company calls like 10times a day. Won't give me information on anything about they want or will not give location or the actual name of the company.

they have called saying my ssn was identified as some who committed fraud. I dont understand it.

I just got a phone call regarding the same thing. I didn't even call back, I just did a research about the numbers and found this. I know I'm not link to any fraud

Accused me of being involved with fraud, threatened to serve me and gave me a case number. I know i am not involved with anything fradulant.

This number called and said I had fraudulent activity against my name and as number. Definitely not true

A woman by the name Gloria Esparza, from Processing and Summons, called and left a message regarding a case against me (no real name identified, this is a business #) and to return the call at 802-552-0848 and refer to case #MCC799987. No other info provided.

This is the second or third time these morons have called my Comcast Bundled landline #, which I never use for anything, and left a Voice Mail that gets forwarded to Comcast.  This time, they decided to use the ploy of addressing me by my nickname from childhood.  Nobody has called me by that name, other than a couple of family members, in well over 40 years.  I wonder if these idiots have enough sense to realize that now they are attempting to perpetrate a fraud, or obtain personal information through use of TWO Federally Regulated Wire Mediums, which is essentially, Wire Fraud, and Attempted Identity Theft.  I hope some of them are stupid enough to show up at the District Court office in my town; they'll get their [***] locked up right there by Local Law enforcement.

same deal, told I was involved in fraud of some type, called number and was told to leave a message then told the message system was full. anything that can be done to nail these jerks.

Same thing as others are saying. they are trying to say someone has my social and fraudulent acty. Case number and I will be summoned. They need to be turned in to FTC and others.  This can't be legal

Good for us smart people, hopefully scammers will stop calling, as I said I was telling the police for the second time on them and then she hung up on me.  Don't give them any info. Block their number from your phone.

They left me a voicemail giving me the same history that all of you got too. Gave a case number and phone #. I googled the # and realized it was a scam.!

They started calling me yesterday saying the same thing on my voice mail. I know it has to be a scam because there is no police department that will call someone before they pick them up before they are charged with anything.

Called me twice and left a recording on my voice mail telling me I was going to be charged with 2 counts of fraud on the first call and the second one said They were going to sue me for breaking a contract and I owed 3 thousand dollars in credit cards. I know this isn't true because I couldn't get a 20 dollar credit card. This is only a scam to get money and it't not going to work with me. They should be reported to the police.  Who would be fooled by calls like this?

They have called me several times. I get a recorded message saying I am going to be served with a summons and that my name and SSN are associated with fraud. I call the number back and no one answers. I Google's the number and everyone says its a scam. I hope no one falls for this. They never give the name of a company.
