they called threatening me with criminal action

I received a call from this number claiming fraudulent activity. I was given a case number. However, I also received a call on 3-26-2015 from a different number (302-861-5020) claiming the same thing except they had a different case number. It seems when I confronted these people saying the charges are false and I had already looked them up and spoke to the police department, they were quick to get off the phone. They claim to be from Alexander and associates, although the guy I spoke to today only referred to it as A and associates. Scam, Scam, Scam!!!!!!!!!  Get all the info you can and report this to the police. Do not give out any of your personal info.

How can I get these idiots to stop calling me!!!! I owe no one money.... They r losers and scam artist... These people need to be arrested as they say I am...They have been calling for years now always same idiotic message!!!! They need to b stopped

They called my cell and home numbers. They are stating that i have been doing fraught activities. And I need to call them back before a arrest warrant is issued.  They will come to my home or place of employment. I say bring it on.  They are scam artist at there finest.  Beware scam scam scam!!!!

Scares thw hell out of me.stating my identity and ss# had been stolen.and i need to cal asap.with case num.or they will show up at my home or work.so glad my neighbor told me about this

They called my family demanding to know where I was at. Mother didn't give them nothing. She called me and gave me the number. I called and the refused to tell me hat company I was talking to or who I was talking with. The told me that they had 2 civil charges pending. They were on a debt that I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy on back in 2009. I told them to call my attorney in Las Vegas. They disconnected the phone call.
My attorney told me to check m credit report for any accounts that are showing in collections closed or open. If closed contact credit bureau and have them removed.

Call cell and home with same story others have posted.  Call at least twice a day.  Tried to call back and they answered stating I could input my case # but someone came on before I got a chance and said hello this is Jennifer with no company name.forever. Talked to someone another time about claims and they hang up.  Why is this allowed to continue with these threats? never gives name of company  Just legal Dept.

States there is fraudulent activity with my Social Security number

These a**holes keep calling me as well!  I had my girlfriend call them because she is a bad [***] and those b**tches hung up on her when she confronted them on everything they said. haha!

They called me to say that I had fraudulent charges. I called them back and just was placed on hold. I reported it to the police

Husband called me in a panic saying these people called him from this number saying there had been fraudulent charges and if they weren't taken care of they would issue a court subpoena and have us arrested. After questioning several times what this was about the caller hung up on him. I had heard of this sort of thing before, and told him it was a scam. JERKS!

Received call today on work phone, recorded message from class action summons division about fraudulent charges associated with my social security number and need to call back and speak to someone in the legal department otherwise I would be served with papers at my home or at my work

They called and told me that fraudulent actions were going to be filed against me as they had been associated with  my SSN.

I am on the phone with them now.

These people call me with threats I don't know who they are my daughter had me Google their number its a scam.

Ask them if every body have them same case !

Where is legal action for this ?

I received a voice mail earlier today and it scared the crap outta me.  They said there was fraudulent activity in my name and SS# and I was gonna be served with papers. I don't even litter and thought right away to google this number. Glad I checked.

These idiots called me today and left voicemail about fraud associated with my SSN.  I called them back and they said I have 2 cases and asked if I want to settle a debt for a credit card and that they were going to file 2 fraud charges.  I mentioned a lawyer and she was pretty quick to end the call.

I've received two calls from this number in the last two days. Claiming the same things stated above. The last thing I am is a fraud, and while I was on hold I Google searched the number. Anyone figure out where these calls are coming from?
