Ya,  got calls from this number just after talking to a Time Warner Cable Representative.  They did not leave any message.  Tried 2 times. Did not answer it 2 times.  These days, if you want to reach people, you MUST identify yourself.

Jun 18, 2009: 3 calls, back-to-back on my cell, 11:33, 11:52, 12:00, while I was at work.  No Messages.  No response on call-backs.

Well, I suppose this is Time Warner calling me since their tech just left my house this morning and this website says that the number is associated with them.  How unprofessional to call 4 times in a row and never leave a message.  Thier professionalism is almost as sorry as their cable service.

I just got this same call from the same number.  The first two times they called I didn't get to the phone because I was in th emiddle of something, but the third time they called, I finally ran to get the phone, and it was an automated survey regarding our recent technician visit, which was odd, as we hadn't had a tech visit in over a year.

Yes, three in a row today...3:36, 3:37, 3:38 also after I contacted Time Warner this morning.
WTF.
Leave a message people. If we are expected to listen to an automated message and press 1 for x, 2 for y, yada yada, then they can be expected to leave a message.
Otherwise, I'm not wasting my minutes on these calls.

I got a call as well and it said please wait so I held for about 6 minutes then just hung up. Don't say please wait and the have dead silence forever.

TW guy just left here, then two no-message no-ID calls from 803...etc.

got 3 calls from this number after reporting another harrassing phone number to time warner cable.  i did not answer and they left no message. again, annoying.

After you've completed a service call of some kind to Time Warner, they immediately call you back from this number. It is an automated survey with a series of questions about how satisfied you were with the service you got on the call. They don't leave a message because it is not a live person doing the calling.

Called. No message. Strange. 7:55PM and 8:01PM. We were still on the phone with TWC tech support. Hmm

This Call Was From Time Warner South Carolina And I Live In Ohio Rep In Ohio Said I Don't Know Why They Called You, Must Have Been A Mistake. Then They Said, They Can't Even Pull Up Your Account, Well Then. How Did They Get Number? Du-Du-Du-Du-Du-Du-Du Must Be The  Twilight Zone Of Time Warner Just Like Their Fees!!!!!!!

This is Time Warner Cable and they did leave me a message and returned my call promptly after I called them back.  Very professional with top notch service.
