Got a call from this number....Phil Welte from Williams and Fudge wanted me to give my neighbor a message RE a "Private Business" matter.

After looking up the company name...it's a stupid collections agency.

Why in the world is this company contacting me to get my neighbor's info????  This is Wrong!!!

Also got a call from Phil Welte (Thought he said Phil Welky...off to google search up HIS relatives now). Same number.

Actually he called on 6.26.2013 6:30p and 7.15.2013 6:00p - so the wonderful one celled organism that he is clearly doesn't understand the virginia phone harrassment rules. My wife and I have both told him that we the the person he is after does not live at our number and we have no way of contacting her.  I just rang him back and told him that the next time he calls I will sue him.

Actually...going to search up the relatives of that employee. Wonder how his relatives will feel about someone calling them up and asking them how happy they are the he is a bill collector who harrasses relatives...

So I like many of us have a lot of student loan debt.  Anyway this company collects for universities when you get loans directly from them.  I actually called this maniac back to get a payment plan in order.  His name is Phil Welte.  I was calm the entire call, didn't raise my voice or swear and this lunatic went crazy!  He started yelling at me saying that I think I am in control but he has the control and that I was basically calling him a liar and he has been doing this for 10 years, blah blah blah.  I asked him to play the tape back and listen to where I never called him anything.  I asked him to calm down but he just was out of control.  And I called them to set up a payment plan! There was no need to be crazy with me.  I left a message with his supervisor and am going to report them for harassment and illegal collection behvior.

they get your info off of fb or the like and call you to get to their Man or Woman.

Apparently my son owes money on a college loan.  I can understand them calling me to get hold of him, but they actually managed to call a former high school teacher!!!  How the heck did they think that was going to go???  He has been out of high school for four years!
