Said it was about a civil action and must call.  when you call it says you cannot get through at this time.  I think it is a scam phishing.

same as above...saying some lawsuit... when you try and inquire syas call cant be processed. Just another crap scam. I called phone company. They say they don't see anything ontoward and I was not charged for the call as an out of country number or anything like that.

I got the same message from this number and they mentioned a restraining order and lawsuit.  I received a similar call about a week ago from a blocked/private number with basically the same message. The response number for that one was 757-214-6785.  I looked that number up and it appears to be a scam as well. Beware!

I received the same type of voicemail providing a claim number involving me in a civil suit with some sort of restraining order. The advised me to have my attorney call within 24-48 hours. Would they really like my attorney to call, because this is pure crap!!! A scam and harassment!!!! I tried calling the number following the prompts and an automated message said the call couldn't be completed at the time to try again later.  What did this company gain by calling?

I got through to a person who said it was the wrong person and would talk my name off the list.

Call was received on my parents' home phone for my ex husband's first ex wife. WTF?! It was an automated message stating what everyone else has said: - This is a civil investigations unit, complaint being filed against you, pursuant - Claim/Affidavit #XXXX-XXXX - Named respondant in court action and must appear - You must call 803-393-4089 - The order to show cause contains a restraining order - You and your attorney will have 24-48 hours to oppose this matter - Thank you and good luck I called the # 3 times back to back and got these results: 1. Pressed 2: "your call cannot be completed at this time, please try again later" 2. Pressed 0: "your call cannot be transferred at this time, please try again later" 3. Pressed nothing: "your call cannot be transferred at this time, please try again later" I would definitely urge people not to stress/panic right off the bat after getting this call. If you really need to go to court for some reason someone will physically come to your door and serve you with papers.

I got this same message threatening legal action against my step-father who died years ago and who has never resided at my home. I was curious so I called them and the person I spoke to hung up on me when I told him the person they're trying to scam is dead.

same problem with this number.  I've check this number via the net and it appears they are auto-dialing.  If someone tries to call back all they get is a recording or cannot connect to this number.  This company needs to be proscecuted.

This company called and threatened my mother with a lawsuit but when I called them about it they had the wrong name.  They were very rude on the phone and I am afraid they will continue to harass her.

Same number is calling me and threatening me for lawsuit.

How do they get my contacts' numbers?

I received a voice mail from this number. I called back after several attempt and finally made contact with someone. Said I owed some money from a cash advance from 2003. They didn't ask for any information. Scam to the best of my knowledge. If I get a subpoena I'll let you know.

This number called my Mother In Law and they asked for me by a last name I had a 16 years ago.
I didn't even have this name when I married my current Husband 7 year ago.
They told my Mother In Law in South Carolina that I was being sued and I live in Arizona.  Theywould not tell her why.  This a TOTAL SCAM!!  People are just cruel!!!
