any one know who this number belongs too?  its a man's voice recording saying his name is Allen and he is with Enrollment Services.

I think its a trick!

It's some health insurance.

Breast Cancer Awareness Center soliciting funds.    No message if you let answering machine take call.    Did a *67 to block my number and called back.    This is how I found out what organization it was.    Not affiliated with an official Breast Cancer fund raiser as far as I can tell.

This number keeps calling every few weeks and shows up as Breast Cancer services. I never answer nor do they leave a message. Figuring its a scam to solicit funds.

Phone Number is owned by Level 3 Communications.
Live Person poses as Breast Cancer Society.
Suggest contacting Level 3 Communications Fraud Department at 800-348-5457 and file a complain including date and time of call from 803-403-8407.

said breast cancer center asking for a donation.  Wanted credit card donation of $40. Offered check but would not take all of address only wanted city/state/zip code realized scam. So hung up phone. Shame people use terminal  illness for their gains BEWARE!!
