They call here consistently, asking for a Nina Freeman?, and I have not the faintest idea who this is.  They threaten serving of papers at work or at home and I tried to call back and tell them I have no idea who that is and the stupid phone number says it is not accepting calls, so HTH am I supposed to call them back??

I am getting the same thing! They are asking for a different name, but nobody that has ever worked here before.

I had the pleasure of speaking with someone from this number. When I called the number back, i got young man on the line who sounded to be sleeping when he answered...I gave the claim #..now they answer "Legal Dept" so i play the game with him. He proceeds to tell me they have a "case" against me. I will not bore with details, but I believe this place to be a 3rd party collection agency who does NOT identify themselves as such because then they would not have to follow the FDCPA-Fair Debt Collections Practice Act. what these people do is call and proceed to not collect, but EXTORT money from the person on the other end of the line.they threaten with being served and things like fraud which when I was collector, we were never allowed to mention anything "legal" so my guess is this is an underground collection agency that does not play by the rules. I only got that this was a cell phone in SC.

They change their phone number every week. Known numbers to block. (574)968-8331, (504)535-5869,(504)535-4829,(720)446-0630.  This crap is getting old.

They keep calling but there I noone on the other end.  Cant someone do something about this?

Receiving calls from this number and another number 313- Karen Carol stating owe 1500 in pay day loans from 2005 etc and will settle for 510 immediately and will send a letter paid in full after paid! State they are not a credit agency so they cannot send me an invoice or legitimate bill as to why owed and what the debt is etc!!! Calling consistently!!! No case number given from this number!! I dialed the call back and a guy answers and said hello and no company name!! States they are National Attornies Association!!! Told them my lawyer will contact them an I am not paying something they will send a letter after the fact an no written bill ahead of time!!! When tested they will end call and get belligerent!!!

Received a call from this number today and I picked up the receivet but didn't say anything and a pre-recorded message for a person that doesn't live here was stated. They are scammers who are fraudelently trying to scare people about unpaid payday loans. Other numbers they use 803-702-4035 and 414-882-2174. Lets continue to report these people to the BBB, FBI and whoever else that can shut these people.down. The number displayed wireless.caller  

I got a call from this number too and I called it back and let Karen Carol know what FDCPA violations the crossed and also that state laws supercede the FDCPA and here is SC they can't collect after 36 months of no activity.  So I told Karen to go ahead and send me the original documentation and proof of any activity on this so called account with in the last 36 months or they have violated the FDCPA laws, oh she didn't want to hear that, she said the only way I can get the original documents is to be served, I gave her my current address and said let's go ahead and get served and hash it out in court, she just hung up. LOL  I'm an old senior recovery collector for a major financial instituion and I know all the games.

Got a voice saying that they are the process determine devision and is filing charges for fradulent activity. Don't know what they are talking about but a lot of people are reporting this number as spam.

Harrassing calls 24/7

claiming to be a company to help prevent any legal action from being taken against you by setting up payment to take care of an old debt. Yet can not provide you with their mailing address, the original debt information (contact, account number,etc), until you pay off the full amount or get "served" with an arrest warrant.But when asked if they are a collections agency they say no just a third party mediatior. Spoke with a "Melody Moorehead" and "Tammy Johnson" supposedly one of the head associates of the office.
