The calls stopped around March 1 up until this morning 6/19. I'm livid to say the least. Here is their mailing address - go to town!!

- rob| 2 replieseach month on the due date they start even on a saturday or sunday. from 8am to nine pm. they come in pairs. please hold, then a hang up. its against the law to call than more than once per day., but how do you get the law enforcement to enforce it when they refuse. so far i have had six calls in the last hour and a half. im confident it will continue through the weekend. my payment due date was two days ago, and i get paid next week so they got to wait. what can i do when the law says they cant harass, but they do anyway, who enforces this law???? this seriously aggravates me to no end. oh im in the state of pa.

- aaa replies to robrob..believe me its hard to enforce the law on collection calls,my suggestion to you is when they call you on Saturday or Sunday you pick up the phone and ask WHO CALLING get there name then ask WHAT COMPANY ARE YOU CALLING FROM get the name..THEN YOU SAY OH.IM SORRY I DONT DO BUSINESS ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS YOU CAN CALL ME ON MONDAY,,THANK YOU AND HANG UP...it does drive them crazy
- Melissa replies to robRob, unfortunately they are within their right to call until payment is made. I have the same problem with them. It drives me crazy especially since my paperwork clearly states that I have a 5 day grace period on the payment before I am considered late. The payment always seems to fall on my off-pay week, so this is a regular annoyance.
They are only allowed to call within certain hours and only a limited amount of times per day. If they are calling outside of those times or more then the allowable amount (should be able to find on the internet) then you can file a complaint against them with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and also with the State Attorney General for harassment. I've noticed that they only call to the limit, they never actually go over. I keep waiting for them to make that mistake though. - WendyYes it is Citifinacial.
i told them we have filed bankruptcy, and the attorney says they can not call you after you tell them this. Guess what, they have conveniently forgotten to let their collection department know.- Caller: Citifinancial
