My previous employer just got a call from this number to verify work history

These people are calling about employment verification at 10:30 and 11:00 at night!!  This is an outrageous practice that should be stopped immediately.  I was in the bed sleeping and even after I told the caller that she was calling too late and that she woke me up, she still proceeded to ask questions!

Called at 10:00 pm to verify employment...!!!!! Ridiculous! !!

They are most likely not verifying employment, but looking for an alternate phone number to contact you through for debt collection, as well as future wage garnishment.  If they find out work info, they can start calling there in hopes that they reach you there, or that someone there gives them your contact number to get them to stop calling.

Company is a legit background company. Not a debt collector. Should not be calling after hours, but it can happen as they have employees until midnight. If you google the number it comes back with the company.

these scammers call all time of day or night, asking personal questions, including social and date of birth.  They won't take no for an answer and since they are professional scammers, they have software that allows their blocked call to still ring through, so my revenge is to waste as much of their time with false information as I can.  I played long until they caught on and hung up. It was fun while it lasted. 😁

I have this number on my block list and this number continues to get through, I’m starting to question Hiya.

Me after pressing 1 to get a live person: "Hello could you please remove me from the list?" Indian Man: "ok, f!ck yourself, f!ck your mother, f!ck your grandmother, f!ck your whole family" hangs up

I told them I'm only 13 and I don't have a credit card and to stop calling me every day and that I'm at school. He then asked me if I'm a pretty schoolgirl and then perverted sexual things. He also said he knows my address and might come visit me. I'm really scared and now I want to move 😭

Forget the border wall Mr. Trump and worry about hitting the reset buttons on these Indian 4 heads! IRS SCAM 2018..... hahaha
