Received a called today at 6:40pm.  I do not know who these people are and why they are calling me.  Did not leave a message.  I do not answer calls if I do not know the person.  Can not get any information on this number.

this is IC sytems collection for HSBC Bank

Started receiving calls from 8042349008 on my cell phone on 5/16/2010.  When I picked up the first two, no one was there, even after waiting 15-30 seconds.  After receiving another call today (the third day in a row for the calls) I called the number and got a person who said they were the answering service for IC Systems.  She asked if I knew a Laurie Taylor, and I said I did not.  She apologized and said that they must have the wrong number and that it would be removed from the system but that I might get calls for the rest of the day that I should ignore.

When I pressed the person as to who she was and who IC Systems was she said that they were located in St Paul, MN but that all she knew about 8042349008 was that it was associated with a Laurie Taylor.

I should have checked here before calling so I could challenge her about IC Systems being a collection company for HSBC Bank.  If a collection agency is going to make repeated automated calls and then no one is there when the call is picked up, it seems to me that is bordering on harassment.

I get 5 calls from this number and never leaves a message!
I will start complaint with FTC.

I keep getting a call from this number over and over again. They never say anything when I answer, and they dont leave a message. I dont know what to do?

Started getting calls from this number too...if it's a collection agency why don't they leave a message? I don't answer the calls but it's getting annoying. I guess that is the point.

Okay, did a little research b/c I received another call from this number on my home phone. The name of the company is I.C. System and there are a lot of complaints about their collection practices. this is very anoying

These idiots keep harrassing me. I have no idea who they are, I picked up and they were asking for Donald Trump. After that, I just keep ignoring their calls. It's been 4 days and they have been non-stop calling. I think i'll call the police if I hear another call from them.

They have called me twice and no one answers. So I called them back and asked they were calling me. They asked me if I do business with some bank.  I said no and they said they would take me off the list.  We'll see.....

total crap number! no one is ever there. finally called back & they wouldn't specify who they actually are & why they're calling me. asked to be taken off the list. we'll see. FYI, don't give them any of your information!!!!!!!!!

they call us 8 calls a day. we donot  want them calling. donot want  anything, will you stop calling us,at 570-457-4381.. i will find you and  and smash the telephone over your head.and others too. just keep it up, something bad will happen to you i warning you.

I keep getting this call too and there is no one there when I answer.

This caller keeps calling my cell phone wish they would stop killing my minutes

This number has been repeated calling my cell number all day and nobdy picks up when I do answer or answers when I call back.
