IC Systems collection agency for Visa cards

This number began calling me 4 - 5 times a day from last week. When I answer the phone there is a silence and than a hang up. If this is a collection agency for Visa I don't have a Visa and don't ever remember having one.

I receive calls from that number 5 - 6 times a day.  They keep asking for a person that does not live here.  After telling them that person does not live here they continue to call constantly. Is there anything that can be done about it?

received several calls from this number asking about someone who does not  live here. I told them I didn't know the person,but they kept insisting that I do. something should be done about thses acammers. How the hell did they get a private number/

Endless "out of area" calls all day long, sometimes several times an hour, 7 days a week now going on for weeks, never a live person, only silence if you pick up, or no message left on answering machine.  Likely a collection agency based on other comments here, plain and simple harassment not even an attempt to collect a debt.
