This indian accent man has called my office probably 25 times today.  Says his name is Wyn Shepard.  He will not go away.  He went from telling me he loved me to threatening me.

I have been recieving calls from this number quite a number of times, they have contacted people I have used as references and told them that I have committed fraud or have been reported to them for fraud. The man had an indian or pakistanian accent and had a lot of information about me including bank information and employer information. He said the name of his company was DFF at least that is what I could deciffer through his accent. Has there been any more people also contacted by this number?

This man claims to have a law suit filed on my social calls my job it's absolute crazy he needs to be stopped he has Indian accent and gets louder when u call him out about him not being truthful

My social which is scary but it only proves he is more fraudulent then just trying to get money from innocent people. They get offended when you tell them their lying and suddenly go from upstanding immigrants to ignorant. They have been doing this for years, tx, ca, fl, and now virgina. I've tried to catch them. I will one day!

I got a similar phone call.  Curious at first because they said they were with the federal government.  The thing that got me was, after listening very hard to try to understand their accent, when I asked there names they told me Jim Smith and James Brown............how stupid do they think people are.  I told them to send me their literature and documentation.  Obviously I received nothing.

I keep getting the same calls saying they are from DFF and that i have stolen money, but i can take care of it out of court. When i told them to take me to court he got very hostile. They call from different numbers. He might as well said his name was "John Doe". They pick the most generic american names. Give me a break!!!!

A man with a strong indian accept keeps calling my office number stating his name is Brock Connor with an investigation department and is stating I will go to jail if I do not pay a large sum of money.

Here is some information that I think you could use-someone on whocallsme compiled everything he could find out about extortionist debt collectors, including how the government handles complaints about them, what your rights are and how to defend yourself, and posted it under 8043185476 (”Scam” 23 Dec 11).
Also, if you have a security dept. at work, I would let them know about the calls and see if they can block them. If the calls are being made to your phone, see my post on whocallsme under 3059182338.

I received a call from this number. They told me they would sue me and throw me in the slammer. They also said this will affect my credit score. I hung up. And they leave me voicemail after voicemail. Why? Because they are LIARS, THIEVES, and SCAMMERS!!! I have better things to worry about than scammers trying to get personal information from me.

I got a Restricted call and this is the number they left on my voice mail. The next time I received a Restricted call, I answered it." Vin Shephard", with a very thick indian accent told me he was calling from DFF. When I called him out on the "fraudulent crime" he immediately told me his supervisor was handling my case. I told him if he truly had a "case" against me, he could mail me the paperwork. The supervisor got on the line and started screaming at me calling me "criminal. I hung up on him. These people are scamers, I have had these types of calls before. If you tell them to send you documentation, they usually leave you alone. Then, report it to the Federal Trade Commission.

I received a call and he stated that I was being sued for fraud and had the last four digits of my social security number.  I stated if this was true I would have been notified by mail and from a law firm that would identify themselves and hung up.  He then called back and left a threatening message.

Still getting these calls, like evertone else.  They call my job every other week.  They leave messages that they are going to arrest me at work and put a hold on my soc. sec. number.  Always someone with a indian acsent and many American names.
