Left voicemail stating that I needed to call Law Officer Eric Foster regarding time sensitive information or have my attorney call him. He said that if I didn't call back, then good luck.

Left voicemail in exact words as stated by Jennifer at approximately the same time and date, annoying.

Same here & left me a voicemail message same as what Jennifer said. To me he sounded very Threatening, I Blocked this number out afterwards. I hope whom ever is doing this calling gets caught because this kind of call shouldn't be. Called me July 10, 2015 at 9:44am. Thanks

I also had a call from Eric Foster today around 12:44pm. Stating that he was from the IRS. he left a message asking that if I had a attorney and to returned the call to the same phone number. and if I refused to call, he said "Good luck to you".
I called back, and someone else answered after an hour of trying. I asked for Eric but he was not there. Then he asked me if I had and attorney to deal with the issues that I am having "which is none". then he told me to listen but  I asked him to mail me whatever information. Then, he hanged up.

What I think is extremely silly n a dead giveaway to a scam is the fact (besides knowing I couldn't be in trouble 4 anything of this sort n I do not n have NEVER had an attorney 4 anything..) is that he didn't state who he was leaving the voicemail in regards to or who he's looking for. Pretty creepy how ppl like this get our #s in the 1st place..

I received a call from this number saying it was Officer Richard Williams and that my attorney needs to call. Says: Dont disregard this message. Call immediately, or the legal situation unfolds on you.  Scam.

someone left a message to return their call because I was in trouble with the IRS, I called back they told me to surrender to my local police dept!! Very fishy and not cool that they know my name and number.

got a VM today from a guy with a robotic foreign voice trying to sound intimaading and failing at it.  Said his name was Richard Williams and that I should call them back or have an attorney call them.  He claimed to be from the IRS Fraud dept at the Internal Revenue Service.  Said I was to call back as soon as I received message.  NEVER gave a name as to who the message was for.  I also heard a bunch of background noise during this message.  I smell SCAM.  Please do not fall for it.  If it were the real IRS, they would send you notice, not have a fake officer call you to try and scare you.

Tax crime investigation is who they are stating the call is from. Was a foreign person threating for me or my lawyer to call back. Officer Richard Williams is who he said his name was. There was alot of noise in the background even sounded like a child could have been crying. I believe this is a major scam do not call the number. I believe if is was The IRS they wouldn't have been so threating and would have stated who they were trying to reach

I'm in Illinois-i was going to see how many massages he leaves and after 3 report him to the police. He called me at 8:30 ish ... Pretty sure that is also illegal. Just a suggestion for everyone. Please let me know if anyone follows through with this scammer!! Thanks 😎

Received call from this number this morning. Stating name of Officer Eric Foster badge #25029. Says that he is part of the IRS investigation department. Needs me to pay for unpayed payroll taxes. What  scam! I've been trying to annoy him back all morning by repeted calls to that number. Sometimes I get through other times It's a bad number. I'm Harrisonburg Va.

Got a call from this number, as well as another one 804-255-1268 - who stated he was Paul Jenner, etc.  When you try to call either number back, it states it is a non-working number.

Called me due to a legal matter then said he got  my number from a dating site what bs! I don't have a account like that..such a scam should turn them in to the  police they need arrested crazy man that he is.

That's weird!!! They cursed at me. I'd turn the number over to the department. I feel very uncomfortable that they have mine as well

Phone call said with IRS. Asked for my attny. Didn't know my name. No notices from them.  IT SMELLS LIKE A SCAM

They just called me as well 804-3725692 stating they were from the IRS. I called back 5 minutes later phone number is unavailable. SCAM!!!!

Just got same message today at 9:36am saying it was from a Richard Williams stating me or my attorney need to call back by end of day. To not disregard this message or legal action would fall on me.
