an Indian speaking man calls at least 4 to 5 times a day telling me i owe money and that they are going to sue me. i have informed them i have no debts out there for a payday loan which he claims i do and to stop calling and when i hang up they call right back harassing me even more.

This same fellow just called and left and left a msg on my hubby's phone, stating the same crap. He has been calling for over two weeks, but we never answer, this is the first time he left a message. We just looked at each other and laughed. I did call the number back, it just sez " the person you are trying to reach is not available" How do they get your number in the first place??

Caller states we have a big legal issue that needs resolved. Have no idea what this is regarding, but will not stop calling.

i had the same crap i told him that he could speak with my attorney and he said OK my attorney told him to send me the affidavit which he never did then he called back with a different name say that i was elected for a grand prize and he needed my last 4 digits of my social security
