I also received a blocked call and a voicemail accusing me of tax fraud and threatening an arrest warrant with the 804-433-3151 number listed in the voicemail.  Says they were "Office of Franklin?"

Just got the same call, 'Officer Franklin' kindly informed me an IRS warrant was being issued.  Number was 804-433-3151.

Total hogwash.

Yeah, hogwash for sure. If you botch your taxes they send you a letter, not a threatening phone call.  Obvious scam.

Yea, they are on a roll today. I reported the number to the IRS fraud unit.

Don't worry guys, I got the same call.  It's a scam.  The IRS would never call you and leave you a message on your answering machine.  If you doubt that just call the IRS and confirm it.

got a a call from this # this morning....wife asked who it  was and they hung up...2 hours later got a call from 415-9328044 and 4083862894...saying they were and IRS and same [***]...Other was a warrant for my arrest...more [***]..These scammers are everywhere...

It's like the scammers are too busy amazing that they now make robo calls.... This week we had 2 calls  from 804 -433-3151..  A recorded message from Officer Franklin with the same tired bully tone.... Pay up for some fraud scam.... Argh. Last year at least it was a live guy trying to scam us.... So annoying

I received the exact same message, stating I was going to have a lawsuit filed against me for tax evasion. When I told him that I did not believe him and that I was a law abiding citizen, he got angry and told me how foolish I was. Said he was from the police department of the IRS and that I was going to be arrested for tax evasion today at 11 o'clock. Then he asked if I had someone who could represent me in a court of law. I asked for his name and number, so I could call him back, and he hung up.

I got the same call this morning, luckily I was on the other line doing business in my small business.  Threatening me with arrest and to call back officer franklin.  I am checking it out and letting my attorney file an action to have this problem stopped

This threatening phone call needs to stop.  I have already wasted time on this and the threats are to be arrested and my home to be taken leaving us homeless.

Give me a break!  Stop these people

Same as others, IRS has claim against me and a warrant for my arrest.

I received the same voicemail, callback number was 804 496 1029 claiming i will "get arrested" if i don't call back. Does anyone know who we should report these [***] to so they stop it with the scam?
