Indian guy saying he's fro IRS and is going to arrest me if I don't return call

I received the same phone call unfortunately for the callerI happen to be a CPA and I know that the IRS would never call me or email me if there was any tax problem their mode of communication is via snail mail.

Got the same thing. It's a scam.

Call claiming there was a warrant for my arrest for tax fraud. Unable to reach them at the above number.  What does it take to shut this down?

Got call from Indian guy claiming to be IRS and I will be arrested for tax fraud - said don't disregard or there will be consequences.

I got the same voicemail left at 8:30 this morning.  Guy said his name was Charlie King and they had a legal complaint against "me" used no individual name, for tax fraud and tax evasion and not to ignore the message.  Just like the others, I tried the number he left and it's a fast busy.

I got the same phone call from this indian guy. I returned the call and he said it was almost five and that they were getting ready to shut down. He said I should call back tomorrow at 9 a.m. I think I will call him tomorrow at 9 and usually isn't wonderful information I found here. Thank you everyone for your feedback. I will let you know what happens.

I received the same call, same number number and even the same time frame (12-16-2014). I was suspicious since I already pay monthly payments to our beloved IRS. I agree it must be a scam. I would call the 1800 IRS office listed on the official website if you're nervous just be safe. Trust me, they answer.

Same call. Indian guy claiming I owed money. Couldn't answer any questions and hung up when I told him it was a scam

Just got this message threatening me with a lawsuit. They said they were gonig to file a suit in Virginia court and issue a warrant for my arrest.

I received a call from (804) 461-3497.  The message said that tax evasion has occurred in my name and that I must call them back before they send out a warrant for my arrest.  The call occurred on 12/17.

Calls and threatens lawsuit about past due taxes. Arrogant little troll. He Calls many people from this phone number. How do you find\stop him? He became belligerent and started using the "F" word when I called him out as a fraud.

Will call IRS first thing tomorrow morning.

I received a call from the number saying he was calling from the IRS. Called looking for a Judy but I could not understand him. He yelled at me and was very rude. I think its a scam.

Hey I just got a call from a Indian guy from 804-461-3497 on my cell phone said to call back or I will be arrested.

Just got the same call and voicemail half an hour ago at 11:25am. Hoping he tries calling back!!!

Exact same message on 12/18/14 12:30pm. It's a scam!

Just got the same type of call - a Charlie King from the IRS claiming they have a warrant out for my arrest on tax fraud.  I have received notices from the IRS and they always send a letter first with any issues they may have.  Once you respond to the letter they are very helpful to clear any problems or issues.  

Received the same message on 12/18/2014.  When I stated "you guys called and left me a message requesting I call back... I'm wondering what this is in regards to," this Charlie said, "Do not call me 'guys', we are the IRS".... I asked for his employee ID number to which he responded he does not have one... obviously a scam, but I don't understand what they could possibly get out of this?  

Same here. Got a call but i have weak reception from my office desk so this caller just hanged up. Second call today. First one was from a different number, also a VA area code, and looking to speak with my wife. When I said this is she, the caller (must be Indian from his accent), he tells me I'm lying and he says he is with the IRS. Whe nI said you are a scammer, he hanged up.
