This number called.  I listened to beginning of call.  "Last notice of offer to reduce credit card rates".   Too bad not live- you listen to my air horn. BS.

This number called again, so I listened to prerecorded message:  "Last notice of offer to reduce credit card rates".   So that is the second time they gave me last notice.  

As stated below: Credit card scam enticing you to "reduce your rates...if you have more than $3000 on all of your current cards. Initial message made to sound ominous saying "last chance...we've sent mailings to your address, etc."

Similar calls from other area codes around the country, so # likely sppfed.

Same [***] as everyone else. Called me 16 times in one week.

Received call at Noon.  Caller ID shows " unknown name"  I don't know anyone in area code 804.  Answering Machine picked up........caller hung up.  No message or voice heard.

These punks must have called me maybe 50 times in the last 12 month.
And I'm on the "Federal Non - Call List".
This time I reported them.

I just received another call from this Card Member Services even though I have asked to be removed from their list many times before. This last rep was really rude and obnoxious and claimed that I am not on the DNC list ( I am) and that he would "think about" removing my name from their list. I asked for a supervisor and, of course, he refused to put me through the one, then he gloated that there wasn't anything that I could do about it.

The dncl is a joke for scammers! This is were they get your number since companies are supposed to check the dncl every 31 days and drop any numbers on the list. The only exception to the list are non profit organizations, political campaign, and any company you have a relatioinship with and any of thier associates. FTC Web site
