this call states that officer charlie williams from windows security is investigating cyber attacks from your PC and to call 800-672-3809 to prevent your IP address from being blocked permanently.  THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM (india,pakistan) so do NOT give them any info if you answer or DO NOT call the 800 number

Caller stated he was a Sargent someone,cant recall name, with Microsoft. & illegal.activity wss going on with my computer, this wss 3rd attempt to reach me if I didnt respond, I would be locked out of my computer. I didnt answer or call back, he left that msg. Its bogus!!

I got the sane call today, didnt answer left that msg for me. I live in Louisiana.

To our elected officials.............stop your B.S. do something for your voters  and stop these damn calls.

I just got the same call just now saying the same thing.

I just got a call from someone saying his name officer Charlie from window security says that he was investigating error coming from ip. Can tell it was a recording and they have an accent

this just happened to me

I got several calls from this number; when I called back, I informed the man to stop harrassing me and he stated I was harrassing him and threaten his life.  We had a shouting match today as he told me the sheriff was going to come out to my home. I told him I will call the Sheriff office in my jurisdiction and report the telephone number from Richmond, Virgina and the toll free FBI investigated number for crank calls.  I am so sick of these idiots and they should be caught and penalized for their robot calls.

Robocall. The new text is funny, I laughed my head off, but contains a threat that will intimidate older people. Block immediately, and file complaint with FCC https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=39744 They will shut that number down after they have several consistent complaints.

Also, if you call back, this will happen - Computer virus cleaner (Scam call) reported by Calvin: They compromised my PAYPAL account after "cleaning viruses" from my computer.

Same message. Sent a text stating the had been reported for fraudulent activity and then blocked.
