- Donna| 1 replyThe "customer service rep" would not give me his name, but identified the company as RPM.
Had a nasty, bullying attitude. He accused me of not responding to a "legal notice" regarding $9400.00 owed to "Honda".
I informed him I hadn't received any legal notice. He read an address to me that he claims he got from my credit report. The address was incorrect. I also informed him I have never owned a Honda, never done any business with any other business named "Honda". He then asked if I was SURE.
When I became as rude to him as he was being to me, he hung up. I have reported this company to the FTC and my state Attorney General office.- Caller: RPM
- MikeWould be nice if they left a message...
- JenKeeps calling me continously
- chicaloca| 2 repliesI received 4 calls in one day from same company. the 1st time no one would say anything when I answered, then they hung up on me. the 2nd caller and I talked about a dispute I had with sprint and how I would work it out. yhe caller made no notes of our conversation. the 3rd call I had to explain again. I agreed to pay 75% of my bill and wanted a credit for 15 months of horrible, unresolved service problems. I got a call later in the day from them. fortunately I had a confirmation number to prove payment. the crazy thing is that sprint sent my account to RPM for collection the day my bill was due because they discovered I changed my phone service to another company. sprint is still billing me even after sending me to collection which is illegal in my state. two crappy companies.

- Caller: "RPM"
- CharleneI get 4-6 calls every day from this number! I answered a while ago and it asked me to hold to talk to someone. I hung up and do not answer when they call. HOW DO WE STOP THESE CALLS!?
- kwalls replies to chicaloca| 1 replySprint has done the same to me. I pay faithfully every month to them and recieve a bill for which i can not pay online. Then i get a letter and phone call about me in collections for not paying. [***]. I told the collection agency that i was still disputing the fact that i cancelled service because Sprints service SUCKED!!! They told me that they would send my account back to Sprint and I would be hearing from them so far I have not and I just recieved a call from RPM. I only owe 176.00 from a 1200.00 bill back in July. I really hope Sprint folds...
- oteekThese mf'ers call my phone at least 2-3 times a day as well. I literally was finally able to get through to someone to speak to them and the first thing they ask me is "can you pay us now?" F**K YOU! I asked them why they weren't able to leave a VM and they said it was against the law, I called her on her bull and said that bill collectors leave VM's all the time. I told them to never call my number and that I've already got the bill in the mail. I literally just hung up on them not even 2 minutes ago. Swear, I will NEVER, EVER EVER be a Sprint customer, this s*it blows!

- rdmiller12345I have just received the fourth call from RPM at 1-804-952-9903..They stated that they were collecting for SPRINT. I informed them that I was not behind and that I would call Sprint. Before closing the call, she tried to make me set up a payment plan. At that time I informed her that I would not give them a dime. I called Sprint and I have a zero balance. I looked up the 804 area code and it is from Va. I call this number and got thru and talked to a lady who told me that they were out of Washington St. but she could not tell me how she was calling from Washington St using a Va area code. She found my name and the city that I live in but could not look me up by phone number they were using to call me. They had my name, city and my phone number (with a note of DO-NOT-CALL) but wrong address and last four SSN. She told me that she would remove me.

- Vicky01I called and a man simply answered and asked if I was said person. I explained that I have had number for several years and would like to be removed from that system. He simply hung up on me! That was absolutely rude and uncalled for. I have to guess it is a debt collector. Who else would exercise such rude mannerism.

- GREAT IDEA!GREAT IDEA! --- Try this - set up your call forwarding to automatically send their BS calls to some other phone number. Be creative - send them to another collector, sexxline, or whatever. I can do this through ATT; hopefully you can do it with your phone company. Call blocking could be useful too.
I got my current number about a year ago, and the collector's constantly try to contact the previous owner of the number. Too late for me to change the number. Luckily the phone is rarely used, and in a back office.- Caller: Probably some collector
