    all day I've been getting calls from this Thousand Oaks CA number! It keeps waking my baby up from his nap! Next time I will answer and tell them off! :)

    DO NOT ANSWER
    Call from a place that when you call back is a telemartker that has a recorded message something about service subscribers.  It then goes into a busy signal.  Second time I called it back, it just went to busy signal.  What we do with all calls that do not know where they come from is simply do not answer the call.  We then check out the number and if it is not a legit number, we enter that number in the address book on the cell phone as DO NOT ANSWER.   You may be able to do a similiar thing on other types of phone systems as well.
