Caller says my social security number is associated with a state investigation and they will forward the information to my job and the local sheriffs department.  I have no idea what he's to talking about in broken english but he did have my social secuity number and employers name.  I'm never doing anything on line again.

He said he was Attorney Hank Williams and that my friend had committed Fruad and could possibly go to jail for 6 months if he did not call him.  He said that I could possibly get in "big" trouble if I didn't tell my friend to call him.  This guy had a strong Indian accent and wouldn't give me any more information.  I called my friend and he said it was guy that has been wrongly harrassing him for 2 weeks.  Apparently my friend submitted some personal info online and now he's got "Hank" after him.  He's working with an attorney to stop the madness.  My friend advized me to not take his calls any more.

I am getting harrassing phone calls about legal problems from "Sam Watson". I can barely understand what he is saying.

This Indian guy got my info and threatened to contact social security and stop my benifits. I am going to talk to them and give them a heads up I am so upset this is no law firm!

I am having same issue with phone number calling me and even called me at work stating he was going to contact employer and advise them fraud etc etc 3 charges. Anyone know what to do with this???He even has my ss number.

Spoke to an Eric this morning claiming he is from Mckinney law firm, stating that I owed $627.85 and that I needed to resolve this matter today out of court or charges of check fraud would be filed against me. He advised me to purchase a green dot prepaid visa card to pay them, he could not give me the name of the company just vague "Cash America" and then he told me to write a letter apologizing to the company and fax it over to them. I called back and asked for their mailing address and he gave me 600 Union Ave, Vallejo Ca. I contacted the Vallejo police department and there is no such address, when I called him back to tell him that I had the police on the phone (Eric with a thick accent) yelled Police and hung up, then in turn called me back at my office revoking  the out of court settlement and telling me he was going to file the case, I responded by telling him I was just assuring I wasn't being ripped off, he then told me I could do a western union made payable to his supervisor in Florida Larry Briggs, I asked him again for his California address and he then gave me another one, which I found to belong to Calfornia supreme court, he said "YES RM 37" Well, I have contacted the Attorney General for my state, filed an online internet crime report and have talked to the Vallejo police department and this is all pointing towards fraud. Actually the attorney generals office laughed when I told them about the apology letter.

yes these folks called me at 5 pm 11-21-11, they left a message saying that there was a serious legal matter etc, and I needed to contact them immediately because if i didn't they would take legal action and it would not be good.  That's paraphrased because I couldn't really understand the little monkey humper very well.  I called them back and was eventually informed they were with mckinney law firm in fairfield ca.  and I was going to be sued because i defaulted on a pay day loan for 300$  total with legal fees.... wait for it......... 8950.00.  I asked dollars?  he said yes.  i asked if they would accept rupees or a really good curry spice blend that i make my my my self MMMMMMMMM.  this annoyed ????? don't know his name because i could not understand him so gave up and called him sir.  I asked him who gave me the loan and how i obtained it, was it direct deposit and to what account, or did i receive a check, could he show me the signed documents or endorsed check, was it my signature or an esignature, what was my full ss # etc.  rapid fire making stuff up.  he got quite flustered.  i finally asked him when i got this advance, he replied two weeks ago.  i said two weeks ago, and the due date was on my next payday?  yes he said, and you did not pay!  maybe because i get paid tomorrow on the 22nd, which is true.  Well, I'm glad that's all it is, i said, i thought you were suing me over putting those pictures on the intenet of your mother eating a burger while getting humped by those monkeys because i make a lot of money from that site.  He yelled something at me that was unintelligable and hung up.  I figured that was the end of it, but when i got to work, i work nights, there was a note that said mike 805-409-2061.  du du dunnnnn.  anyway i am contacting the FTC, FBI, and my state attorney general. In addition there is a mckinney law office in fairfield, it's not the monkey humper but I am sure they will be interested what kind of biz is going on with their name.  i'll let you know how it goes.  ps sorry i am not a great typist!

Ok update: These monkey humpers have East Coast cousins in Queens, NY!!! Different coasts same stupid Indian accent and they must have that phone message on a teleprompter because it was verbatim. This guy called me at home, when I got to work tonight 11pm CST 11/22/11 there was a message from "David Brown" the East Coast humper clan phone # is 347-649-6459. I am a pretty nice person, I work at a hotel in small town Nebraska, and while most people I meet are friendly and courteous, there are a few who are not and I just get to smile nod and take their crap. These folks provide an excellent source to vent frustrations on. Don't let them upset you! Have fun and let go of your frustrations on them. You can say things to them you may never dream of saying to any one else. It's a game! Be comforted that most likely being Hindu, they believe in reincarnation, and karmically if they get to move up in the next life they will come back as cows on a beef ranch for McDonald's!

I have been receiving calls from a Sam Watson stating that my husbands attorney or my husband needs to call asap. He does have a thick accent like everyone else is saying. I do not answer the phone with the number anymore.

Hey everyone! Ha! I got a phone call last Friday night from this 805.409.2661 number. The guy said his name is Sam Watson....deep Indian accent and no business information given to me. He said he wanted to talk to me or my attorney over owing a loan amount of $8,900! I said oh really? Number 1, I have no loan out with anyone besides car and mortgage and tuition! He said don't you have your paperwork? I said I have no paperwork and I asked to speak to his manager. He put me on hold for 10 minutes and then I got a busy signal. OK???? Next...wait for it. I go onto my bank accounts. One was untouched. The other? Money missing, bank account in arrears and I was freaking out! I call the bank, they cancel my card and said it's not the card, its the bank account number! Anyway, I had to jump through hoops to get checks stopped from going through (deposits from work, etc.).
This past Wednesday I got another call from Sam. I finally had enough of the harassing phone calls (too many!). I said listen [***] face. I'm going straight to the police, then to my phone company and will be reporting you. He was so flustered that he hung up. HE GOES BY SAM WATSON, HAS A WEIRD INDIAN VOICE AND BASICALLY LEFT ME A VERY LONG, DETAILED AND YES TELEPROMTED MESSAGE TELLING ME THAT IF I DON'T TAKE CARE OF THIS LOAN, THEY WERE COMING TO GET ME! HE TOLD ME TO SAVE MY SOUL.! WTF? At least I feel better knowing I'm not the only one out there with this problem. Please feel free to write if you want! BOTTOM LINE....DO NOT USE YOUR COMPUTER FOR ANYTHING. BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING.

Hey Mike, I absolutely laughed myself sick over your post! It was hilarious! The same dud called me and said I owed $8,900...pretty close to your amount. Same day, but about 630 p.m. Very strange!
