I've been getting calls from this number. They leave no message and they don't respond when I answer the phone.

They were asking for my husband by first name and would not verify his last name with me. I told them to mail whatever it is that they need. They hung up. Very irritating!

Who are these Guys? They keep calling being quiet, and wasting their time and my #(*&%^$ minutes. Can't I make them go away? Thank you for your help!

They just called my cellphone three times in the past hour. I'm at work so I don't answer unless it's my husband or my son's caregiver. These dumbasses won't leave a message.

Just called the number back and there's a voice recording saying "Thank you for calling A.R.M. Solutions".  Then something about "if you wish to dispute a notice your received in the mail, please submit your dispute in writing" then it asks you to leave a message at the tone. I pushed a bunch of buttons to make annoying noises. Then I called the number again and left the same button pressing message.  Then I did it again. Jerks. I may do it all day.

A.R.M is a collection agency. They sent me something in the mail saying I owed them $38. It was from a newspaper subscription that I never renewed but I was sent to collections for not paying it. I followed the instructions on the letter to dispute it.

Definitely a debt collector.  Had an unpaid bill for the Kansas City Star of $12.

Just received a call from them today. No message left. I have been fighting with the kansas city star for three months. I have asked for a bill over and over and they don't send one. If they turned me into the collection agency I am going to be pissed.

I work at the NBC affiliate in Kansas City. I, too, got a letter in the mail from A.R.M Solutions about $17 to the KC Star. I bought a 6 month sunday subscription to the star off of groupon in early 2011. Never renewed. Never intended to renew. The guy at A.R.M. told me the star sent a letter saying if they didn't hear from us they'd automatically renew. that's why i have the bill. i had no idea. i never saw that letter. this is not okay. I do not owe this money. If anyone would be willing to share their story with me, email me at christa.dubill@kshb.com In the meantime, I am holding out hope the star will do the right thing when I call them first thing monday morning.

Got a call from this number. When I picked up phone with no answer, and I called back no one answer the phone.

Update: After being told by the guy at A.R.M that I wasn't going to get out of this - I'd just have to pay... I ended up having success by calling the KC Star. I used this list available online: http://www.kansascity.com/contact_us/

If I remember correctly, I left a message for Chris Christian. He called back a day or two later telling me this had been resolved.

Folks, you had better contact ARM, IN WRITING, by certified mail with return receipt, telling them your debt was paid OR that it was never your debt inthe first place.  Believe it or not a debt from a business with whom you have never done business can become yours if you don't dispute it.

Got a call from this number at 11:45am asking for my husband just by his first name.
Sounded foreign. Definitely not American.
I said: you got the wrong number. And I hung up.

Its some kind of Debt Collection service bs but I know we don't owe anyone anything.

same thing here... I decided not to renew the Orlando Sentinel Newspaper which I paid 3 months in advance each time and they sent me to collections.
