I called it back and it is a reward redemption call.  They say they get your number when you sign up for something else.  You can opt out and they say that they will take off their list.  But seriously dollubt it

this number keeps calling my cell phone, no one on the other end.

Received a call from this number and answered the phone. It was an automated message saying it was card services calling about my credit card, but it was not an emergency and there was nothing wrong with my credit card. It said to press a number (can't remember which) if I would like more information about lowering my interest rate on my credit card. I was not interested in this but wanted to be removed from their call list. I informed the guy who picked up that I was on the National Do Not Call Registry, and the guy on the other end mocked me, saying, "What's that? I've never heard of it."  He said that if I wanted to be removed from their list, I should call the owner at 253-215-2351. I won't call this number because I don't want to incur long distance charged on my home phone, but I also don't want to give these guys my cell. So I am here posting about it and will file a complaint wherever I can.

I don't even use credit card. How the heck can they lower the rate if I don't have any balances
