Get calls from this number telling me I need to update my credit terminal, repeats the number over and over again (806-318-9855) and at the end says that its from Synergy Merchant Services.

Received call to update credit card terminal. I have no terminals

Same here. I just called and talked to a nice young lady named Ashley. I asked her to take my number off and she said that they would take care of it.

They have called our office several times since Feb 2015.  We don't have a credit card terminal.  Finally I called the number: 806-318-9855  from my cell phone and had them to remove my number.  5-22-15 We'll see if it worked.

Don't trust it. No company name given. Most likely a scam. Block the call.

Were a hospital for crying out loud.  I called back and told them to take me off their list.  They just keep calling back, 5/6/7 times a day...I tried calling back to take me off their list but now they don't answer.  They just call and call and call. This is criminal!

We are a medical laboratory. They keep calling about a non-existent credit card terminal.

Receive these calls several times a month, telling us we need to update our CC terminal.  TThis is not ouir merchant, sure this is phising.

This is Merchant services ...Call them on their business phone and tell them what you think. Merchant Services 3223 S Loop 289 #410, Lubbock, TX 79423 (806) 698-0625. They are relentless. This is their bosses number.

They are also sending e-mails with links. Do not open the links. Below is the email received.
"Hello,
I've attempted to contact you multiple times, and have not been able to get in contact with you. It is very important we get this update done for the credit card terminals asap to avoid the business being fined for being out of compliance. Once I get the apps back I will program the free terminal and have it to you in a couple days. Please call, or email me if you have any question. Otherwise I'll notify when I receive the forms back.

Continues to call and call.  This is a state university office and we do not have a terminal.  Very annoying!
