They wanted me to confirm my SS# and street address. When I told them I would call them back, they got upset and started threatening me. Sorry, not falling for this scam.

- RoseNumber showed up twice on my cell phone. Caller left a voicemail after the second call, stating they are calling from the Department of Justice and I have a lawsuit pending under my name. They wanted me to call to make financial arrangements to avoid it going to court, after verifying my social security number and address. There was so much background noise it was difficult to understand the person's name.

- In VAI just got a call froom Attorney Tony West, he said he was from the US Department of Justice in State of Texas. He asked for my information and said I have an oustanding bill of $300 from Cash Net.com.
I asked a lot of questions and Mr. West got really angry. He got really upset. When I told him my boyfriend works for the DoJ in DC.
I called CASH NET.Com and they never even heard of me. They do not even have an account on me. I already knew that.......
I talked to their fraud department. They took all of Mr. West's information and said to ignore.
This is BIG SCAM....- Caller: R&B Enterprise Solutions

- don't f with meI have been dealing with these [***] for almost a month now. Started when I attempted to get a payday loan through Supersonic Payday.com. Didn't know they were a "broker" for other pdl companies. These scumbags got a hold of my information and decided to charge me $30 for services I didn't request from them. Said they were going to refund the money. Do you think they did it? NOT! Then, less than 2 weeks later this man with a heavy middle eastern accent called me saying the bank blocked them from getting the $390 I owe them and now if I don't pay up I'll owe them $8526! This is F**king CRAZY! I NEVER received any money from theses people or asked for it! Now their "lawyer" calling me at work and on my cell. I've told them I know this is a scam and leave me alone. But they just keep on!! They have also called me from (951) 263-2529 and (516) 502-7008. I will NEVER put my information on the internet again! It's a shame that this can even happen. This has really became a pain in the ass.
- Caller: Cash USA
- sookie| 1 replyGot a message from Ricky with "Texas Sheriff's Dept." After reading the posts, I called back ready for their scam. A man with a very heavy Middle Eastern accent answered. I asked for Ricky & he said "who is this?" I asked why he needed it for a scam. He kept arguing with me and talking over me. I kept yelling back at him & said "HEY-I WAS TALKING. SHUT UP & LET ME TALK." Finally, he was quiet. I told him "If you're going to lie & say you're from Texas Sheriff's Dept or wherever the hell you say you're from, you don't answer the phone "hello" in a thick accent nobody can understand-that's a dead giveaway. He kept yelling, but I just told him that I would verify my SSN for him-I said it's K-I-S-S-M-Y-A-S-S! He hung up on me. I kept calling back every 5 minutes just to say I know it's a scam & hang up on him. After my last call, he won't answer his phone anymore. Just keep harassing these a**holes like they do you & they won't call back!
- angry wisco gal! replies to sookieThis information is awesome....just getting ready to return a voicemail I received from "Ricky". By the way when he read me my social security number in the voicemail message it was wrong.....
- CTThis is according the the FDTPA- These bottom feeders violate EVERY ONE of these rules. Next time they call, tell them by law you are REQUIRED to inform them you WILL BE RECORDING THIS CALL. They will usually hang up, but they WILL call back...keep telling them you will be recording the call and you want them to cease all contact. Be vigilant and KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!
