Ricky Clark has been calling my job tellin my co-workers I have real legal issues.....i decided to google that a$$ and found this web site....and i called the number as well and there is a recording with a person with again the thick Indian accent.... i also ran into hard times and needed a loan .....will never do payday loan again these ppl are too much!

I got the same, cursed him to hell, and filed a report to the FBI internet crimes dept. He threatened to make me lose my job by making hundreds of thousands of phone calls to my work to get me fired.

Got a call from this number left me msg treating to call my local sheriff department and have them arrest me n put me in jail for 6 months. WFt. I never asksd for a loan from anybody.

I received the same call that all three of you received, I called them back with a lawyer and they cannot give them any information or pull any records or money being deposited into my account, at first they would get me scared but I learned how to deal with them, My lawyer asked  what month? How much? and send all the documents to him they could not forward any papers to them. yes I have had payday loans and i think it is a good thing but everytime you go on the net to do the paperwork your name and all your information goes out there, it is only Indian people

got a message from a ricky clark guy and i am jus so fed up with these harrassing phone calls i was actaully going to pay it off too!! good thing i didnt i called and ask for the phone number from the original company filing the lawsuit against me and it sounded like the same guy!! funny thing was they couldnt even take payment from my debit card!!

keeps calling work.....doesn't say anything about me owing anything...led my employer to think a family emergency since it was a sheriff calling....not funny thought someone was in an accident.

The same guy kept calling me and threating me to send money or else. So I checked and found out it is a scam. Wonder how much money he has scamed out of people. He said on my answering machine he was a sheriff from Texas Ricky Clark and a Caddy Williams was who I was to call. I called back he said he wasn't in Texas he was in California.

I received a message on my answering machine from a Ricky Clark, who supposely was a sheriff in Texas.  He stated that an arrest warrant was going to be issued on me.  
when I called back I got an answering machine.  The guy on the machine had an indian accent and I was told to leave a message. I took out a payday loan and was really freaking out, but then I saw this post and now I feel much better>

I got a call today from Rick Clark telling me I was going to be aressted in 14 hours. told me I had a loan out from pay max. I told him I never got a loan and I have no idea where lamb county is in Texas

Ricky Clarke, Sherriff office from Lamb County, 1851 Canal Street, Little Field Texas 73535! States the same thing and i told him that I was going to report him to the attorney's general office and that I would need all his information and he was hesitant! He also gave me a tax ID # 704-67-8601. USAFAST CASH. Never heard of them and I stated we will need to get back to him and him with his accent kept say yeah yeah!

Some guy from this number said his name was Rick clark told them he WAS a Sherriff scammers all the way my H.R. person is just ignoring the calls

They try and scare you into paying they buy these old payday loans that weren't paid off then try and collect, appperently the payday loan people sell ALL your info, to these jerks, just ignore them or threaten a lawsuit they will back off

I keep getting calls from this and other numbers saying the same thing.  Said he was from texas sherrif office, couldnt understand the name of the city.  I am thinking about calling the sherriff's office in the county that the call came from.  He was trying to sound like he had a southern accent!!  I am from the south and he has that all wrong!  He said his name was Ricky Clark.  Didn't sound like a ricky...lol

Anyone who got calls from a Ricky Clark a sheriff from Lamb County is being scammed because Lamb County is in the far northwest part of Texas. So what sheriff from a BFE town almost in the middle of nowhere doing calling to tell you that you owe on a debt that may not be valid. I checked the account that my boyfriend and I jointly shared and any pay day loan he took out was valid, but it cleared the bank as being repaid. Yet these fools from the America Law Enforcement Department claim my boyfriend was being investigated for check fraud and money laundering when he's never engaged in either crimes. I called them as a trick to say we have the money and to get an address to send it just to gather enough to report this to the police in IL and Texas where the phone number originated from. It's amazing these foreigners come here thinking the American dream is to scam people of money they don't owe by posing as debt collectors and threatening people telling them if they didnt pay the police will carry out a warrant for their arrest. Here's what those idiots arent aware of is that debt collectors will be fined heavily if they threaten a person who owes a debt and they also will be cited for multiple counts which could put them out of business. They also can't say a warrant has been issued for their arrest because a simple debt doesnt warrant someone going to jail and usually debtor would seek a wage garnishment which is legitimately served, but that's to take a percentage of someone's wages to pay down a debt, but that's only done when the debtee can't pay the amount back in full and its paid. The fact that this is happening to innocent people who are getting scammed out of millions of dollars for debts they don't even owe on.

What I do not understand is how the real Sheriff's in Texas have not tracked this moron down when his phone number is quite easily tracked. I can track any cellphone/phone via GPS and Sat. Nav. and exact address from where it originates. I think it is time to send in The Lone Ranger and his faithful sidekick Tonto and wipe this/these scumbags off the planet earth. For a small fee I will fuel up my Apache AH-!S chopper and hellfire the living daylights out of him/them. BTW for your info, the only loan company that is actually credible in this effed up country is oneclickcash.com

This idiot left a message at my fiances place of employment with the same story that a warrant will be issued for his arrest. Heavy Indian accent. I called the real Lamb's County Sheriff and they immediately knew it was for a Ricky Clark and validated that it is a scam and has been turned over to the FBI. What a piece of garbage calling people at work

I received again a message from a RICKY CLARK SHERIFF FROM TEXAS...stating I was going to jail blahhh ...This is definately a scam and I have been in contact with the State Dept in Florida, AND the various departmenets across Florida that handle these cases. Each time someone gets these calls, they should report so that these jerks can be stopped. Your local police dept will verify that there are no warrants and to be sure to report all cases. I also agree that if someone is posing as a sheriff, that they should be prosecuted to the fullest.. The number that I was called from is 806-496-3429. One digit off.
