What is this they call every so often and its just music, never a person or a message. how do you make it stop?

I get calls from 808-224-3130 several times a day, but not every day.  They never leave a message, but there is low background noise (automated call system?), so a brief, but silent message is left.  After all of the similar incidents that others have reported, this is definitely not a random call.  This number and person/company responsible needs to have action taken against it.

I've been getting numerous calls as well.  I tried calling back and got busy signals

We get calls multiple times a day from this number and it is so IRRITATING! Same comments as others. No response from other end.

They do not heed the national do not call list. Report them!!

Can I take this number to the donot call list.  Tried calling back but no one answers and its very annoying.  Don't know who this is
