A notice on my Mac computer popped up that said my computer was on unsafe websites and to call the number and I baisically gave them all of my informations bs pet him on my computer so now I'm paranoid that it's a scam

I also got the same message. I also think it's a scam since it was hard to understand their english (strong indian accent) and they asked me to go to tinyurl.com/utsupport, which I doubt that apple would do.

did they hang up right after full access was given? because it just happened to me and i have no idea if i was just th stupidest person in the world or what

Quickly unplug your wifi, internet access, etc

Then go to your friendly Machines / computer shop and ask them what to do.

I got the same thing last night I called the number and it all seemed super sketchy. They then asked if they could remote in to my computer. I said No and hung up and called real Mac Support. Do not let them remote into your computer that is how they get your info.

Call mac support and they will tell you how to get the pop up disabled.
