    I have no idea who this person is or why they're calling.  Answering machine picked up and they hung up, left no message.  The caller ID came up as "Chechin, Sevtlan"

    They are scammers people
    They are scammers looking for personal information and credit cards. NEver give out personal information over the phone and always be weary of calls with FOREIGN numbers and speakers.

    Punatic On Big Island
    Just got call that waited for me to answer before the other side hung up....from "unknown number" according to my caller ID.
    I *69'd them, and got the 8087697328 number and called 'em back, and got recording claiming to be Medical Survey.
    I live on BigIsle, and did not have to use long distance to call 'em back, which indicates number is from the BigIsle. All calls to other islands are long distance, and Honolulu is on the isle of Oahu.
