they called me in the morning on my cell my 3 yr old picked up and hung up and they called me right back but didnt leave a voice mail, they keep calling me

They left me a voice mail.  It is Author House publishing, and the were calling about a manuscript I had submitted

I have tthe same problem, as u mentioned the manuscript, so should i go ahead.what do you say.

It's Author House. The area code is 812, but they have a call center in the Philippians. I know, I rec'd lots of phone calls on my cell, and my home. Not sure how they got my home number. I get woken-up at hours of the morning, and just got a call on my cell and it's 11:00pm. They don't leave a message, just hang up.

Don't published with any of those self publishing, I hear they get your money, then you have trouble getting your book published.

I received a call from this number and they disconnected as soon as I picked up. When I called back the number wasn't in use. Is this some sort of a scam?

Called me too! 4yo answered, caller was silent. Could def have been Author House. I said NO to them previously as I won't give them any cash. Maybe they are trying again?

They called me with a caller id name Geoff Gilbert.  I didn't answer thinking it's junk anyways.

Wow glad I looked this number up !!! Just got a call asking about a book.   Wont be returning that call !!

The caller is calling me at work. I haven't answered the phone. The first time they called they left a voicemail. The speaker was forgein and heard to understand. They wanted to publish a book... what book? idk. Hopefully they will get the picture and stop calling!!!!!

About a manuscript I wrote. Asking for payment of £5000+ to publish and edit. Company in bloomington us indiana. The lady I spoke to sounded like she was a foreigner with a broken american accent
