don't know who called from this number

I've received three calls over the last three days. Never leaves a message.

keeps calling for weeks now. typically in the late afternoon or evening PST. never leaves msg. When i answer they hang up. I call back, its not a valid #.

I have been receiving 812-856-34xx calls constantly for weeks now.  They do not leave messages when not answered.  When answered there is no response.  When you call back it is not a valid number.  I saw one of the numbers listed on this website as an Indiana university fund raising call for their alumni.  Kelly and Heather are you both IU alumni?  I am one and I have been receiving these calls.

Call came from Indiana to Kansas at 20:58 (illegal). Call not answered and no message left. Caller ID said In UIV so I assume Indiana University as our son went there over 20 years ago.

I go to IU also and the same thing happened. They called. I answered. They hung up. I called the number back. It said the number wasn't a valid number. WTF?

I've been receiving phone calles from 812-856-3456 for over a month now. They never leave a message and when trying to call back the number is insn't valid.

It is Indiana University foundation or something looking for donations.  I've made a donation before, now they call daily for a month the quit for a few months than the cycle begins.  I'm all for making donations, but they are annoying.

constant calls, 6 - 8 times a day, from 8A to 9P

Yeah. I'm an IU alum, too, so I'm guessing it's a telemarketer asking for money. I get the same kind from another alma mater. I wonder if they realize how much they are pissing off those of us who actually donate. Maybe we should write that we will never give another dime if they call us again!  

I gave been receiving calls from similar numbers at 8:45 PM Central.  I am an IU Alum also.

IU alumn, no message, usually calls late at night

They called on a Friday night around 8 pm.  Said it wasIndiana University and they wanted to update my info.  Called on my cell.  I told them that IF I wanted to update my info, I would do it online.  I then hung up.  Who calls after 8 I friday evening???

I receive a call from "Indiana University 856-3456" at least twice a week. Not sure it's Indiana University, it could be anyone spoofing that number from anywhere in the world. Pretty amazing where technology is taking us!

Called Indiana University to verify 856-3456 today, according to the operator the number doesn't exist.
