They say they are an online yellow pages company, and that we already have a basic listing in their new online directory...Confirmed our business name, address, and phone.  Went on to ask more questions about what we do etc., which I had no intention of answering, so I asked what this 'more complete' listing cost.  This flustered the rep, and he said he would transfer me to his supervisor.  At that point I hung up.

They keep calling and calling even though tell them many times not interested in listing my business on their directory.  

They are fast finding numbers since due to relocation I recently got a new business phone number.

The number that always shows up on the caller ID is never a number you can call back.
Talk about harrasment !!!!

No one will give thier name when asked - they asked if they could talk to the owner of the business...asked if i could take a message...bad, kitty..BAD!

No message left on answerphone. Clearly not a serious business.

I received multiple calls from that number. Tried calling it back 4 times and it says "cannot complete the call. number is busy".

so i'm assuming it was not a lead, but a telemarketer like yall got?

Yes this number has been calling me everyday and has sent 18 emails. They started off by telling be to list my business on Us Directory for $5 a month, they sent me a link to my email address. I emailed them back and told them I was going to do this on the website and not to bother me anymore. They kept sending me the link,  I never use links people send me I looked it up myself and yes Us Directory did have a $5 a month listing so I listed my company on the us directory website and got an email confirmation.  They then called and wanted to know the last four numbers of my credit card and social security number so they can finish the listing I told them to get lost the listing went through and to leave me alone. It ha been 10 days now and they call me 3 times a day and an email asking me for this information. They go by the name of Michael James and the female goes by the name of Monica. Their email address is info911@xacti.com I contacted xacti.com they never responded to my complaint. i contacted Us Directory, they immediately cancelled my listing, gave me a refund and apologized. I believe Us Directory is also victim in this case.

They asked to speak to Jason Lee, When I questioned thenm and asked them why they were lookin for him here then they told me they were lookin for me and told me I had a free listing with them . When I told them I didnt want anything for free the lady called me an [***] and hung up.. Wow I am an [***] for not wanting any thing for free. What kind of world is this??
