Its Capital One calling about an out standing bill

I recently closed my account with Capital One,and they are now calling me with some special offer to get me to reopen my account. It is absolutely ridiculous. If I wanted the account open, I would have kept it open.

Capital One does this from time to time, calling over and over, leaving no message, or hanging up without a word if I actually answer. Our card with them is in pristine condition so they have no reason to harrass it. If they want to change the terms of my card, WRITE ME!! By the way, I'm off on sick leave at the moment and calling me early on a Sunday, especially on Fathers' Day is an outrage. Give it a rest!!

they keep calling my cell phone, and i dont think i know anyone who has capital one and i dont either they have called from these numbers

I wonder if capitol one knows that they are harassing people by calling 6 to 8 times a day and if they know they can be sued! Not only do they call my cell phone that many times a day they call my landline at least that many times a day and they have even been calling my work and hanging up! Maybe i should send them a bill for everytime i have had to answer and no one says anything!

Capital One,  Linda left a message with 'opprtunities' available.  Seems seasonal capital one does this crap. Their calls are ridiculous.  I'm not late, over limit or anything

Thank you.  I am so tired of not being able to answer my phone beacuse I dont want to talk to a capital one representative.  Im not sure what part of "I have paid you as much as I can"  they dont get.  Every month I make a payment and have not used my card for any new purchases in the past year, but I get calls from them at least twice a day, I am a student (doing studnet teaching 7-4 Mon.-Fri. as well as two online classes) and a single mom so I cant work right now.  When I do answer and explain all this and even make an offer to pay more than I can actually afford, like $50, they say "well ma'am we understand, but if you pay at least $200 will credit you account an extra $35 and you will be current."  If I just told them I can barely scrape together the $50 where the heck do they think Im going to get the $200?!?  They are bullies and I hate having to screen my calls!!!

813-274-1837 called my cell phone again for 4th time in 5 days.. evidentally it was capitol one because no message was left this time.
i have a true message that:
"this cell phone number has a new owner with NO way to contact prior owners. Capitol One: Linda - i cannot help you. please do not call again."
i usually have my cell phone OFF because i use it for outgoing and emergencies only. plus, i have NOT given the number out so any call cannot be from anyone i know..

813-274-1837 called my cell phone again. i have added to my recorded message to capitol one which made my outgoing message really long.  and so, evidentally it is a robo call / hear pick up and start message / or a very stupid person because the message left by "linda" was more than half over and started near the end where it has of the number to cal (only part of the number to call was recorded).

I would like to join the long list of disgusted people who are tired of these kinds of calls especially to cell phones!  Get a life, scammers!

I spoke with Capitol One and explained that I was unemployed and had no money coming in.  My unemployment benefits have run out.  Lady said "I understand, but let me tell you the options we have".  What does she understand?  She has a JOB!!  What part of I HAVE NO MONEY do these people not understand?  If I had the money I would pay my friggin bill!  You can give me all the options you want, but if I can't afford 50.00, what makes them think I can pay more?  I am getting tired of being harassed by these people

Linda calls us from 813-274-1837  10-15 times a day and doesnt stop.  Tried to find an address for this number and cant.  I want it to stop.  Something needs to be done.

I speak to these people and they still tell me about options.  There are no options when income is not coming in.  I hear they get paid a commission for each person they get money from.  I want the calls to stop.  Once you tell them to stop, they are not supposed to call.
