Hunter Warfield collection agency.  Use british accents to make them sound classy.  Very aggressive and bold. Call at work constantly after being notified in writing that they are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  I have filed complaints with the attorney general in my state and in Florida where these calls originate.

Received a phone call on 25 November 2014 from 813-283-4002 @ 2:23 PM with caller ID as ‘Hunter Warfield.’  Automated voice message stating “This message is for Amy” (This was a ‘wrong number’ as no Amy resides here) and continued to state, “. . . this call is not a sales/marketing call.  Hunter Warfield is a Debt Collection Agency and advised to call 877-630-7138 between M-F (EST) 9 AM – 11 PM.  When calling refer to number ID:  6169838.”  A return call to the toll-free and local number, each call was answered with the name Hunter Warfield in the greeting.  Apparently, they are a debt collection agency.  Area code for 813-283-4002 is Tampa, Florida. http://ww2.hunterwarfield.com/  Mailing address for:  Hunter Warfield 4620 Woodland Corporate Blvd. Tampa, FL 33614  / Telephone: 813-283-4500/ Facsimile: 866-486-8927

I frequently get calls from this number.  The voice message says the call is for a person with a foreign name.  This number has been ours for over 20 years, so the intended recipient has never had this phone #, or at least not for more than 20 years.  We want the caller (collection agency?  Hunter Warfield) to STOP calling us!

Received a call at 8:02 a.m. from 813-283-4002. The caller asked for Evelyn and identified themselves as an agent for Hunter Warfield.  There is no Evelyn at this number nor has there been for over 18 years. I shared this information with the caller and the caller got very aggressive with me. I let the caller shout at me for about 2 seconds then I pushed down the asterisk key for about 20 seconds. They hung up on me and immediately called back. I didn't pick up and they left a message for Evelyn to call.  Unfortunately, someone by the name of Evelyn has used our number before and we have been getting collection calls for her for over 2 years.  Some of the collectors were decent and when I explained the situation, they stopped calling.  This Hunter Warfield outfit is the rudest I have talked to.  I plan on filing a complaint with our state attorney general's office.

Have received many calls from this number with the same story; a collection agency who clearly doesn't check their records.  STOP CALLING!!!!

As the rest have said - they keep calling for someone who doesn't and has never lived here. Even though I've told them this, they keep on calling

I keep getting a call from this number about every other day at exactly 11 o'clock in the morning. Since i don't answer unfamiliar numbers, I'll usually wait for a voice message to determine my next step but the person from this number NEVER leaves a vm! They always let it ring all the way to my answering message then hang up. If it's important, leave a message.

They keep calling nonstop. Very aggressive and mean was this representative! Isn't there laws protecting us from harassers like this? I don't even know the person they claim to be calling for and I've had this number for 10 years?!!!

Yes they call everyday 4 to 5 times a day. My son was in a motor cycle accident and they are aware and they continue to call with a complete disregard to my family tragedy.

Caller ID said Hunter Warfield and number was 813-283-4002.  They left a voice mail saying that they were Hunter Warfield and that they were collecting a debt.  Any info that we give will be used for that purpose.  We should call back at 866-494-9902 and reference account #7026878.  We do not have any debt that is in arrears, so I have ignored this.

Who is this and why are they calling me daily?

I have -0- debt and have -0- delinquent accounts period! I check my credit report weekly. Current credit score of 832 with no negative remarks, no collections, no bankruptcies, no past due accounts. Why do they call me nearly every single day? I do not rent, have not rented since 1985. I owe -0- to anyone.

Sounds like my experience, except that I don't answer the calls.  No messages, either.  Only know who it is from these online boards.  Same number for close to 20 years, and not even in the state where they oprate anymore, and certainly no apartment debt there.  You'd think they could figure out they had a wrong number.
