Some Rick Johnson called my mother's WORK number! How he got it..don't have a clue and will not be calling back..smh

My wife and I keep receiving calls from a Rick Johnson (813) 283-4558. We are now receiving calls at our work place. He does not identify the company he is with. As a courtesy, he should leave a message as to what this call is about. For all I know, it might be a sales call and I definitely do not want to deal with stuff like that at work. Further, there is no mail correspondence from him, further implying that it is a sales call. If he needs to address an issue, he needs to send something in writing so I can address it.

Rick Johnson is a collections agent from Hunter Warfield. The company does not have a very good reputation for customer service.

Well he sure got an earful this afternoon! The irony was that he was the one to hang up on me. Guess I wasn't corresponding well to his verbal harassment! Him and his "supervisor". Good grief what a pity to have to work as a collections representative to make a living. They hire incompetent and illiterate people that are willing to do this kind of blue collar work. At any rate, I made sure to contact BBB and also the residential company I used to live at to aware them of the kinds of customer service the company they're affiliated with are doing.

I Just Got off the phone with Rick Johnson, what a kind and understanding person, I knew I owed this debt, he was understanding as to why I had to make such small payments, if you people would just be respectful to debt collectors you would get a better deal, it is like you can get more with honey than vinegar. I had a $5000 debt I paid $2950

Who is this Rick Johnson?????????
