Tx urgent call this number....Gainsville account..  Don't have anything  to do with Gainsville.. Didn't call back

Got a similar text.  "(Notice1) C a l l  8 1 3 3 1 9 7 0 0 2 . G a i n e s v i l l e A c o u n t"

This was a text message sent to a cell phone. Message read: "Urgent Call 813 319-7002 Credit Union"

My Credit Union knows my home number if they are really trying to reach me they know how.

Got same message on both our phones and don't belong to credit union!

I received a text today from 813-319 -7002. I stated (NOTICE) call 813-319-7002 Credit Union. I called and asked for my debit card and SSN. I didn't provide any information, just disconnected the call.
It is a scam because I don't bank with a credit union.
Does any one know who this is?

same here says to call that number with a credit union I have a bank account in a small bank not a credit union

Got a  text saying (Update), call credit union, 813-319-7002  but I am not a part of a credit union.  This is an obvious scam.

Received a text message on my Cell phone from "0095365@vtext.com" saying "(contact) call 813-319-7002 credit union" I have worked in retail banking for almost 30 years and no financial institution would contact a member or customer via text message. This is a true scam. Called the number. Says it is Bank of America debit card I don't have a Bank of America debit card. Also, asked for social security number and debit card number. How is this allowed to happen?

This message was sent via Vtext.com, which is a texting component from Verizon Wireless: (Notice) Call 813 319-7002 Credit Union.  I don't belong to a credit union of any type.

Two times in the past hour i have received this annoying text message '"Urgent Call 813 319-7002 Credit Union"
I do not belong to a credit union. They're going to have to try a lot harder than this to get over on me!

I just got a text message from 5457403@vtext.com:

"(01Contact) Call 1.8133197002
Cred.Union"

I don't have any credit union account.

Got one today said it was Wells Fargo

mine says Wells Fargo Issue... i dont go to wells fargo

Texted me claiming to be wells fargo. I dont have a wells fargo acct. Its definetly spam keep away and dont call them back

I recieved an Urgen Message from Wells Fargo.  We haven't banked with them for over 10 years!  I know if we recieve a text to call this is NOT from a reputable banker!  Don't call them back! BEWARE

I received a text massage stating I needed to contact Wells Fargo. I do have some business with this bank, so like a fool I called the number. An automated computer answers the call stating that, " my credit card had been compromised." Tis the season for credit card theft, so I proceeded to listen to the message. It asked for my social security number and that's when the red light came up that this was a scam! DO NOT REPLY TO THIS NUMBER!! Just delete it and forget about it. I did contact Wells Fargo to make them aware of the situation. It is a scam. No bank would ever communicate with you through a text message. Now I am a little freaked out because I called this number back and I am afraid of future scams. Keep your eyes and ears open! Watch all credit card activity on your accounts. Better safe than sorry!
