Called it back and got an automatic voice asking to press 1 to be placed on a do not call list

Got one today on my cell phone,no name,did'nt answer

Called my cell phone.  All of my phones are on do-not-call list.  I did not answer, and added the number to my block list.

I have answered before and after trying to explain that I traded that car in 4 years ago, they ask me if my current warranty had expired, to which I told them I had bought an extended warranty WITH the car, so 'no thank-you'. Then after a string of expletives and suggestions what I can do with my previously bought extended warranty, (dark place, no sunshine), they hang up and then call back another day from a new number.
I keep blocking these numbers on my cell and reporting them to the FCC on the DoNotCall website, however they keep calling every day or so from a new number, just one or two numbers off the original and from a new State ~ THIS is a SCAMMER using Spoofing technology to call under FAKE numbers and showing different locations....

BTW ~ NEVER call them back and NEVER press anything to 'take my number off your list'....
By doing so, you are telling them that your number is an 'ACTIVE' phone-line and then it is recorded and SOLD as such, to OTHER scammers/spammers/Telemarketers....

Also, to this sites Moderators ~ this website should offer a 'SPAM/SCAM' option in the 'Call Type' menu, as these are NOT true Telemarketers... however, thank you for this forum...

I have been getting calls from the same number also.  One time they told me they were calling to help me with my windows.  When I started questioning them they hung up on me.  They have called several times and now I just don't answer.  I am on the no call list so I am wondering if that no call list actually puts you on the list to be called.

If the callers are so cowardly as to not have an actual business name (real or fake) - I don't answer. Am on the 'Do Not Call' list - but it's useless.

This is nothing but scammers. This is the way they collect your personal information and drain money from your bank ac. Be careful.

Today this number is the IRS, giving you a "final notice."  Scam.

Robo call to my cell phone letting me know the window is closing for me to purchase a warranty on a 2011 GMC Acadia, which I traded away six months ago.  No human person on the line, just a recorded message.  Not an offensive call, but just unnecessary.
