says he officer david marshall its a phone scam I appled for a loan online now this person calls my job,cell,and house saying if I don't pay $1200 I will go to jail so I said come get me then he said he will come beat up my wife what a joke

This has been happening to me very since i applied for an online loan. These people threatened to get me fired. I believed them and even paid them some money but they just kept harrassing me and asking for more money. I ended up getting legal counsel and the even called on my behalf and they sais something rude to her but still continued to call and threaten me.  I know its a scam but how do I get them to stop.

This person keeps calling me from different numbers and leaving voice mails on my phone rude ones and saying they are from Dept. of Crime then say they are from Department of USCR and they speak no English Indian they need to stop they call me names say they are going to call the police say I have 3 charges against me I have them all on my voice mail and they call my cell phone only. The other number they called from is 620 628 3741.

I keep getting the same calla and I'm reporting to FCC

This caller (with a foreign accent) is identified in caller ID only as "Florida Call." The caller asks for a former employee by name and when told that person no longer works here, the male caller asks offensive, sexually explicit questions of my office staff.

The caller even called back with more sexual harrasment immediately after hanging up on staff. This incident is being reported to local authorities.

Call and said they're loan officer if I don't response they will take legal action with my country. Wow I said do so.

Person with a foreign accent calls and says he is a US MARSHALL and that I will be arrested. I ask him to stop calling me at work and on my cell number. Of course, he kept calling every minute after that. What can I do about this?

813-421-5621.....told me i owe them money, money i never got, don't want or need. Then they said police are coming to arrest me and they told me u was a terrorist and thief. They said the police are going to shoot me on site.

called my job multiple times, threatened me with jail time, threatened my job, etc. I told them to send the cops if they wanted to but I was aware they were running a scam. They hung up immediately but called right back to say very inappropriate things (sexual in nature).

I received the same phone calls multible times with the threats and valgarity and I e-mailed the FBI in which put me with the FCC..I then called back the 813-421-5621 number and proceeded to inform them that I would not be threatened and that I knew they were a fraud and that I had contacted the FBI and FCC..They were extreamly fluster that I was not falling for this and that I could bring on MY FBI..and hung up on me..So, if you contact them back and let them know that a whole web site is dedicated to them being fraudulent and let them know you have contacted higher authorities..they will leave you alone..I have not heard anything else from them since I did that on Monday..

these guys are a bunch of jokes. have american names like "mike jones" and "todd crosby" but can barely speak english. i let them speak their peace then eneded the call i waited about 10 minutes and called back letting them know i knew they were a scam and threatened to get the FBI and FCC involved. they hung up before i could finish.

This guy keeps calling says his name is Steven McClain from the United States Crime-office. He has a foreign accent says I owe money and that charges have been filed on me. I told him I didn't owe any money to them and I was calling the FCC and then he hung up the phone and continuously calls back saying the same thing over and over. I'm tired of these calls.  

call them back as many times as you can and just mess with them theyll get pissed of becuase you know its a scam and thell stop =)

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE !!! they call and make up all this BS about loans, or that you have a criminal charge against you... ect. please make sure you research the numbers before you do any kind of money transaction
i have a couple of numbers where they keep calling from so if you have any missed calls from these numbers make you sure you ignore them or block or just dont answer

I have been getting phone calls on my cell and work numbers from 813-421-5621. The man with a very thick Indian accent said that he was calling with the Law Offices of Richard Brown and that my Social Security number was associated with a major crime and that the police would be coming to arrest me. I continually asked him his name and he kept saying that he was w/ the Richard Brown law firm. Finally he said that he had the last 4 digits of my SS number. I asked him if he had the whole SS# and he would answer me. I asked him what my crime was and he wouldn't answer me. He then passed me to the supervisor of "Major Crime Unit"...when I told him he was full of it he said that he would just have to prove to me that he was real and that I would be sitting in jail before tonight....that was yesterday...hmm still not in jail. What some idiots!!!!
