I received a message at work today stating that there was an affidavit against me.  I called them back at 813-454-0110 they threatened to sue me and cause me to lose my job.  They hung up on me 2 times.  I kept calling back to get information on the loan that I supposedly got deposited in my checking account.  I have never received a pay day loan from any one.  He was foreign also.  He told my his name was Bryan Lincoln.  When I questioned him he told me to start looking for another job.

I got the same message. I am worried because he told me where i bank and the last 4 of my s s n. i am going to contact my bank and attorney on this

same thing , please get this guy off me, he wont stop, he has threatned me ,has called my work, thats embarrassing.. she is also gonna report him to the police or fbi and bbb

I also recieved calls byran Lincoln. I have recieved pay day loans before and thought I forgot to pay one back so I end up paying 711 back and then it stop taking money out of my bank. so I said it was their fault not taking their money. Now someone else is calling me again from the same company ACS. Well now i know its a scam so I asked to see paper work and they wont send me anything. the guys said it will cost me 67,000 in court fees!!! I sent an email to this company asking them to stop harassing me and forward it to state attorney general.
