813-769-2424 called my cell phone today while I was driving - asked if I was near a computer so she could show me their search engine

Asked for the owner of the business. I asked his name and what the business name was. His response was that his name was Leonard and there all by himself. I put him on hold until he hung up.

Asked for the owner of the business, I said he wasn't in could I ask who is calling? He said no and hung up. I hate telemarketers. They're usually pretty bad at their horrible job.

I have talked to them before. It's some worthless search engine type site, RedZ. They are trying to get you to buy a position on their index.

Wanted to show me her new picture-based search engine.

Got a call and politely told them no. They called back immediately and I told them F%#& no. Called back two more times in the next few minutes.

Rude, obnoxious people.

That's EXACTLY what they just did here. I haven't run across a telemarketer this PUSHY in years! My husband and I both picked up the phone at the same time (me in the office, he out in the very noisy shop). I heard the guy ask for my husband by first name, then somebody near my husband started grinding on metal and neither one of us could hear a thing. It didn't even phase this guy, he just kept right on talking. Finally, my husband just hung up (later he told me he had just set the phone down next to the grinding and walked off, then came back and hung it up). I interrupted the guy and said we aren't interested, don't call back here again. I hung up and the phone IMMEDIATELY rang again. It was the idiot, so I picked up the receiver and hung it up again. And immediately it rang for a THIRD time! I picked it up and said WHAT DON'T YOU GET ABOUT NOT CALLING BACK HERE AGAIN? He said, "This isn't a sales call ma'am. I'm trying to help you out, free of charge." I said I don't give a crap what you are trying to do, DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN. (So far he hasn't - but it's been less than 5 minutes ...) I've blocked the number and I'll block every number I can find for them. That's some nerve, behaving like that and thinking we'd EVER want a business relationship with the. ###holes.

Dude said he wanted to confirm my business info on his search engine.  I said, uhhh do we do business with you orrr and he says "this is not a sales call you dont need to screen it' I said, o, okay and hung up.  He called back immediately, i rejected the call then blocked his number.
Poor dude has a [***] job.
