I said hello three times and then the [***] finally asked for me by name and I said "Yes" and then he hung up on me. I am on the DNC list.

He/she called many times and I ignored the call. He/she calls on bad times. I am on the DNC list as well.

This is a scam "energy company" that tries to prey on us to renovate our homes to save money on our power bills.  They are NOT affiliated with any power company.  Local papers and news organizations have indicated they are under investigation for the aggressive and possibly illegal sales tactics.  File a complaint here:

6.19 pm sunday, july 24th called by shelby insisted to come when couple is home, next day to check how to save energy- said where from  fl. energy program. googled 813 864 7691- number on my called ID- its' under investigation- as per  other customer report on this site. They actually told me their number was 407 574 55 17== All is a spam. Don't let them in. I"ll report them.

They called me at noon on a Saturday, asked for me by name, when I said "Yes" they hung up the phone.
