Director of Sales - Jeremy@CLCBulbs.com
Operations Manager- Commerciallights@aol.com - CiscoKid| 1 replyGot a phone call today from a fellow who began with, "I am wondering if you could help me." He then proceeded to ask for the "the guy in charge of maintenance..who is that again?". I told him the maintenance man was not in the office, then he asked for his name and cell phone number, which I refused to give him. I Googled the phone number and saw the CLC Bulbs notice on a couple of sites. I googled their name and clicked on the link to their home page, and got redirected to one of those fake malware/virus scan popup notices. If you get a call from their number, don't answer it. It is obviously a scam.

- APVery similar to what CiscoKid has posted. The woman wanted to speak with the "Gentleman in charge of the maintenance division." When I said he was on the phone and asked if I could help, she said, "No, I have to speak withthe person in charge of ordering and supplies." Funny enough, that is EXACTLY what I'm in charge of.
She wanted to correct a mis-delivery and she could ship it faster to my home address- what hours would I be home for delivery.
I kept trying to interrupt her to ask what I had ordered, but she just said "Long flourescent light bulbs." When I asked for my PO # she said, "Don't you want this free cooler?"
I don't know what a free cooler had to do with light bulbs, but then she tried to change what I had ordered, now there were small, personal sized bulbs. She didn't have a PO nor a Vendor # and when I asked for those 2 items she snapped: "I guess you ain't getting a free cooler then." And hung up on me.- Caller: CLC Bulbs

- PRJust got the same call as Cisco Kid. When I asked "what type of maintenance", was told "light bulbs"... "So you're trying to sell something?" "No, we're doing a promotion and want to get you in our catalog..." To which I interrupted with "So you ARE trying to sell something!" and hung up.
Makes a mockery of the the company's first post above!- Caller: CLC Bulbs

- N A BROWNI got this call on my company cell phone, answered with my name and "may I help you". The lady answered "boy, n----, your a hard person to track down. do you still purchase the light bulbs and supplies at your company?' I explained my position and that never was my job. She went on a fishing to find out who's responsibility it was. I told her I had no idea. She responded "thanks a lot hon" and hung up. She never said who she was with.

- taylor & sonsPlease quit calling 405-222-0751 and asking for Ernie. He is our yard foreman. He does not order.
The man who calls is quite rude and I don't have time to deal with it. Thank you.- Caller: Does not identify
- maxsterAfter my employee got a harassing phone call yesterday, I called the company and spoke with the operations manager, Jack, and he said he would figure out who was the caller and take action. He said the calls should stop, but if they didn't, to call back and ask for him directly. Seemed sincere. We'll see if he is successful.

- WesSolicitor called my work asking for me by name; had previously called because she mentioned two co-workers by name. She was wanting to send me a free cooler to my home address. I explained that I did not receive packages at home; she verified my business address (which she had correct) and said she would ship the cooler via UPS to my attention, along with fluorescent light bulbs. When I explained that I did not want or need any light bulbs, she hung up on me.
