perdon/d from this number stating there is a arrest warrant for a persn in our house who is elderly and seemed to have last 4 of ss #also calle Broward county sheriffs office to see if in fact there was a warrant as our family member again is elderly and has not been in Broward county since 1961

yes, I rec'd a call from a David Brown from this number stating that they had an arrest warrant for me for not paying my bills!!  I found this humerous since I own my house and car.  This person had my ss number.  He hung up when I stated I was going to call Tampa police and report him.  Well, I did call Tampa police and they are now investigating this person since I am not the only one he has threatened.  Please report him to the police and if they get him, please provide a victim statement so this scumbag will go to jail and never do this to anybody again especially the elderly.

I recieved a call from him today so I called Tampa police and gave them the info. He called about 30 min after I spoke to Tampa PD and said someone would be at my house (I moved 2 years ago from the address he had) I asked what it was in regards to and he says didn't the county sheriff explain our arrest to you I said no because I don't live in Florida and by the way I already reported you to Tampa PD he said thank you and hung up. What a jerk!!!

I received a call from a man stating that I was going to be arrested for serious allegations against my name and social. He seems to have my address and phone. I could not understand the company that he is calling from I could not understand him. All I could understand is Yarman but after that I could not understand.. He seems to know where I live and my social. He said his name is Charlie Shawn White. told me to call back and he would tell me what I am, being arrested for. Should I call him?

I also just got a call from this man, using the same name, claiming to be an attorney.  Same m.o., same threats.  When I pressed him about details, he yelled at me for interrupting him then hung up on me when I told him I thought this was a scam.  Claims to be filing court papers, blah, blah, blah.  I will send a report to the Tampa police as well; I'm not elderly but nobody needs to be harassed like this!

Just got a message from this guy/company stating I would be arrested due to serious allegations against my name and ss#! Tried calling the number back and no one answered and u can't understand the company name on the answering machine! So I searched the number and found numerous sights with comments just like these!!! How do they get information and why has nothing been done to stop them???????
