Called the number back and it says it is no longer in service.

Asked me if I would like to lower my interest rate on my credit card? I don't have a Credit card! Then they hung up! Couldn't call back..

automated call asking me to press 1 to lower my credit card interest rate.  Said they were from card member services.  did a look up before calling back number, will NOT be calling back the number.  One search said it beloged to a verizon customer in PA.  Sure it is a scam.

Called number back and states  " this number is no longer in service" I called it back to seconds after I seen it called me...

I just received a call from this number as well. No message was left and I'm not calling back.

Said not in service 4 min after they called me.  

Called my CELL phone!! These scammers are infiltrating every privacy! Call was from a recorded message about credit card rates.

Called the number back and its disconnected.. imagine that.

They (the robo) called. I did not recognize the number, so I did not answer. No message left. I looked it up here.

I got a call from this number and I pushed 1 and some man answered with a really thick accent explaining that they work with Visa and MasterCard only to lower interests rates based on payment history. I hung up at that point, it felt like a scam.

Collection agency me thinks but not sure. Either way I blocked the number so they can't wake me up again!

you can sue telemarketers.. google it.

It is a scam, I don't have credit cards. I keep getting the robo calls. I'm sure some jacka** somewhere sold my cell phone number.
