someone really needs to put a stop to these people calling individuals and making threats to them that they need a lawyer cuz there is a lawsuit against them!  i asked them for the name of who was alledgedly suing me and he wouldn't repeat it to me again so when iasked for thier phone number  he stated he couldn't give that either i then started cussing and got very pi**ed off he then told me fine to bring my lawyer to my towns courthouse tomorrow and the sherriff/officer along with some other person would be there waiting for me i asked what courthouse in what town and he proceeded to tell me again the one in my town i again said what town and he stated a town i don't even live in  i told him that i thought his call was b.s. and didn't appriciate them repeatedly calling my cell and leaving voice messages  he was trying to talk louder than i was and that didn't happen and i then hung up on them  i replayed a voice mail they left me and it was a female her name is Kim Jones  i had talked to her first and she transfered me to a man ( i could barely understand what either of them were saying) unsure of company name or the mans name

Omg I had the same problem today! What can we do about this? I owe nobody money! I guess we can ignore it since they can give us any info.

i got a call today from this number aswell. i was in a hospice with my uncle who is dying. They told me that i was going to be arrested at 11am tomorrow. well i was pissed so i told them that i was not in the mood for bull [***] or scams.  and if they call me back i would report them to the fbi. use form io3 or something like that. It was a man that called me and told me i had a lawsuit pending. if i could of reached through the phone i would punched him in the mouth. they want an attorney...fine how about the Maine state attorney

I received the same exact call as well two days in a row. They are continuing to harrass myself and my boyfriend. Leaving messages and then hanging up on us. Is there anyway at all that anyone knows how to put an end to all this nonsense?

Got a call every 5 minutes from (631)-886-3004 for about an hour and a half, a man left a message saying he was "Jack Lee" and he spoke in a fake Indian accent. He said to call him at (814)347-2004 and then shortly after that, that number called about 2-3 times. I checked online and on an attorney's website it said if someone gets a call from (631)886-3004 that they are just trying to scam you. Says this phone number is from Wading River, NY, their phone service is from Cablevision Lightpath Inc., and the (814#) is from Pennsylvania.

I just recieved that message too. Its a scam!! I do not have any bills except for my car payments, and this lady has been calling me numerous amounts of time.  Hopw do you stop it?

did the same thing to me today kept calling my job... told him i will call him tomorrow and told him that my attorney will call him for harrassment charges and see if would like that then when i told him that if he continues that i will have his phone number traced.
