I've been receiving calls from this number for few weeks now. Caller ID says "NOVO" and they never leave a message.

First time calling our number. Caller ID says NOVO. Left no message

Someone has been calling me from this number for the past two weks.  Although I never answer, I wonder who it is.  After searching the web, I see others have received calls too!

Its to a Credit Collection service. Does anyone use Chase master cards?

Spam call:  For me it was Advanta Visa credit card asking me if I wanted to sign up for the payment protection plan.  Don't answer it.

This Novo guy called & asked for my daughter.I thought it was strange & so I just hung up.815-787-9520 is the #.

Nobody talked to me when I answered the phone. I could here a lot of noise around though. I hate this guys!!!! We need a law against this things!!!!

We have been getting daily calls from Novo for 2 weeks. They never leave a message and I wonder who they are.

they have been calling everyday,  so I finally answered,  they asked for my husband,  I said what is the concern,  they replied,  his mastercard had been canceled,  I asked if they were telemarketers,  they fumbled and said umph no his card was canceled,  I said I don't think so and asked them to never call back

i have advanta credit card. so they must be selling me extra service i did not answer

I went to the Novo1 website (http://www.novo1.com/) got their customer service number (1-877-810-7173) and complained. We're on the no-call registry so I'm surprised this is happenine. If they call again I'll refister a complaint with the no call people.
