It's a another lowlife debt collector.  What is really pathetic and laughable is their statement..."By continuing to listen, you acknowledge that you are so-and-so..."  What a joke.  I can put my cat on to listen, does that make my cat this person?  NO!!!  There is absolutely nothing legal or binding in that statement, just like the rest of these lowlife vultures.  They can go to hell!!

Debt collector World Recovery asking for someone I've never heard of, they give me a number to call if you don't know the person they are looking for so they can remove your phone number from their system, but when I called they were rude, want all kinds of information about me and accuse me of being the person they tried to call and trying to hide it.    Thank goodness you can block phone numbers.    Low life scum.
