This is legit. I thought it was a scam and was blowing them off because I don't have a Citi Bank credit card. Citi Bank is Sears' card.....and maybe even stores, though I'm not sure on that.

Anyway, I found the missing bill that wasn't paid and it's all true and correct.

I have a Citi Mastercard so when I read "This is Citi" I immediately logged into my account and checked to see if it is OK and not only is it not overdue, not in collections, but the Citi Customer Service said that this is NOT a real Citi Number and that yes, it is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!

When I tried to call it back, I ended up with 2 responses, the first is a computer picks up and a number is pushed and secondly it rings 2 or 3 times then goes to a busy signal.

But I digress... Citi Online Chat Customer Service told me that this is NOT Citi. Do not answer and do not give them information.

I have had 4 calls in two days. I paid my bill. Have the conf# and I am done! The BBB has been notified as well as my cell phone provider for Harassment calls. And, I was not even late or behind on the payment! In fact, I paid 800.00 over my min Payment!

This number has called me 4 times today saying my bill is overdue when it isn't.

Got call from this number with CITI on caller i.d.  No message.  Called back, got fax sound.

came in on my self phone I did not answer!!

Wrong it's a scam. Do you work for them?

Keep recieveing mutiple calls a day from this number . I would call back and no one will say anything on the other end.

Yea, it's a scam to get your information.  If you feel like having some fun; ask THEM for their account number, social security number, and date of birth.
