I received a call from 816-420-1012 they said they where from CITI/Sears.  Since I don't have an account with either I thought it was strange.  The lady asked me to give personal information to identify myself. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

This number is calling me 4 or 5 times daily. They also ask for my name and are from Citi/Sears. Please give me the form to file abusive calls

We're getting the same thing. Calls several times a day for the past couple of weeks. We have no Sears or Citi accounts, and the person's name on the message is unknown to us. Although they offer options to press if you're not the person they say they're looking for, no matter what you press (we've tried them all many times) you're always told there's no operators available, and to "please call us again later."

I have been called and it told me that I have over due bill with Citi and will change me finance for $14. I need to provide check number so it will avoid the penalty. I hung up. and call citi directly. I have found there was no overdue on my account.  I called back and only busy signal. Beware this type of call.

I have been called at work 6 times today.  We are not allowed to answer calls unless it is an emergency - 6 times and no message left.

We have been receiving phone calls from this number every hour for the past twom days - never left a message - called back but rec'd automated message asking for my acct# - did not give it - then cut me off.  
This is extremely annoying & abusive.  Should't they know my acct. # if they are legit?

We have had the same thing happen today, on a Sunday no less. Starting this morning and then every hour after that. Very irritating.

MAKE THESE PEOPLE STOP CALLING US!!!!!!!!!!!!!  We're getting 8-10 calls from them a day!!   Everything is fine with our Sears card...this is crazy!!!

We just moved and received a new phone number.  Three months later I am receiving 3-5 phone calls
daily from citi corp credit for a name not connected with any member of my household.  When trying to
access the "press three" if you are not the person it disconnects and goes straight to a busy signal. I have not been able to speak to anyone directly nor have I been asked any personal account info( which I do not have for sears anyway!) I came across this page in search of another call number for citi corp.

get a Panasonic phone which has blocking feature. you don't have to pay monthly service fee...

I didn't recognize the area code so I didn't pick up. I tried to call it back but got a busy signal. Turns out it is Citi Bank.

I work in a very busy dental office and this call comes in several times a day and it hangs up before we can even answer it.  If we do have time it is a dial tone.  We don't have time to deal with this nuisance!

Started receiving calls last Wednesday while out of town and have had at least one a day since then.  I called the Citibank number on the back of my card to find out what was going on.  Citibank advised me that they were phishing calls and to ignore them.  I'm going to block the number.

I got calls today from this number at 8:07 a.m. and 12:11, 2:13 and 4:21 p.m.  It appears to be a voicemail but no one ever says anything.  

If you call this number and let it go to voicemail, then leave a message.

Call and asked for me by full name that I don't use. Calling 5-6 times a day, it goes into my answering machine as I am at work. They called at 11:30 pm and woke me and myhusband up.  Please report this number for abuse.

Someone from this number keeps calling our home - 5-8 times day and night.  We do not answer since we do not know anyone from Kansas City and want it to stop.

I am having the same problem. Does no good to put on recorder. I am 92 they are ussing my maiden name  initial to sound legit. They call all day long.

I received a phone call three times today, I finally answered so I could get them to stop calling.  The Caller ID said Citicorp Credit, the phone number is 816-420-1012.  The computer asked for my husband by name, I confirmed that I was he, then it asked for my billing zip code to confirm.  I put it in.  Then they told me that our sears card was over due bill $56 and if I paid it over the phone that I could avoid the late fee of $15.  So I pressed yes, then it told me to enter my bank account number and routing number and that if I needed to go get it, to go ahead and press a key when I got back.  Meanwhile, I confirmed online that my sears account had a zero balance and hung up.
